I have used Mr. Patel's framing service several times in the past 7 or so years and will continue to go to him for all my framing needs. He is a delightful person to work with and his end product is always impeccable. He is patient with customers who are indecisive (like me!) and because he has a terrific eye for design, he easily comes up with creative solutions. I trust his judgment and value his suggestions, and I have always been extraordinarily happy with the results. Prices are comparable with other places but the quality, efficiency, and terrific customer service go far beyond the usual. I cannot recommend him highly enough! read more

The best in the business, I only trust Art and his team for all of my custom framing projects because he's honest and fairly priced. He always is personable and lets me know what my options are in terms of selection of different frame styles and the finished products speak for themselves. read more

Wow! We've been coming here for the last few years and love the quality of work as well as the ease of working with the owner. His experience and expertise has been very helpful as he suggests colors, frames, glass, and matting styles. He is very patient with me as I usually have a loose idea in my head for the design I'm after, but I don't know it until I see it. He works with me to show me tons of variations of mat and frame combo colors until I find what looks great to me. Highly recommend!!!! read more

Words can not explain how grateful we are for All Right Sales. A family member unexpectedly passed away during the holidays and we needed to get a funeral portrait framed in a matter of days. I contacted every frame shop in Chicago, with all of them telling me it would be impossible to do within a matter of days or giving me an unreasonably high price quote. However, not only did All Right Sales respond right away, they understood the urgency of the situation and even allowed me to go directly to their warehouse so that I could receive same-day services. They gave us an extremely generous price quote and the frames we received were excellent quality. Throughout the process, they were kind, communicative, and professional. We are beyond grateful for the compassion they showed me and my family and we will continue to use and recommend their services. Truly the best frame shop in Chicago. read more

I'm a Chicago artist who needed a quick turnaround a few years ago. My husband found All Right Sales (now All Right Framers) near our home so I headed over. Art Patel knows his stuff. They did a beautiful job and it was ready the next morning. Plus, the price was fraction of what I'd pay elsewhere, even with special offers and artist discounts, etc. Art is absolutely wonderful and patient with the time it takes me to decide on the right matte/frame combo. There's a saying, "Speed. Quality. Price. Pick any two." All Right Framers gives you all three and that's a rare deal. I haven't gone anywhere else for framing since. read more

Because of great Yelp reviews, I drove from a distance to bring a prized painting for framing. Arrived at about 10:15 on a Wednesday morning. "Open" sign was on. Hours listed on door indicated the place should be open. But it was locked and dark. When I called, I could hear the phone ringing - no answer and no opportunity to leave a message. Quite disappointed. read more

What a great experience! I wanted to frame my BF's great grandfathers WWII army memorabilia, Purple Heart, photos, etc. Art helped me choose the right combination of matting and frames to make some really special pieces more special. Mr. Patel, the owner, is a class act. You can really tell he is doing this because he wants to interact with people and offer a service at a reasonable price. He wants to save you money! Seriously. I was looking at one frame for a very large poster and he told me it would cost twice the price because he would have to order it. He then searched around for something similar that he had in house. But he doesn't deal with only cost efficiency! When I told him the large poster was for a nursery he suggested not getting glass, which is cheaper, but instead getting a high quality and light weight (not to mention shatter proof) acrylic. I agreed and paid the extra for the safety and piece of mind. In the end, for a framed, foam core mounted, and matted large poster I paid 1/4 what I was quoted at two different framing stores (one being Michael's with a coupon and during a sale). Also it was done the next day! Now if I had gone with the original frame that I wanted I know he would have happily done it for me and it STILL would have been around 1/2 the price I was quoted other places. So yes as others have said it is a bit bare bones but the service, quality and amazing value make up for it a thousand times over. Mr. Patel has got a loyal customer in me. I highly recommend giving this place a try. read more

After several months of searching for a place to get our certificates/picture framed, I decided to try a place local. Wow! Am I ever so glad I did. Please let me start by saying that when I went to Michael's craft store. The estimated cost was $262, that's with coupons! They also told me that it would take at least 4 to 5 days to get framed. However I go to all sales, the total cost with tax was $71. And the work was completed with in four hours!! They did a fabulous job. I would suggest if you had any work that is priceless and important to you that you use them. I'm so glad I did! read more

I've had several things framed with this business over the years, and it's definitely one that I recommend. That said, there are a few minor things to note. First and foremost, the new space is a bit confusing. The windows are papered over (they're still in the process of settling in!), so if it's within posted business hours, just pull the door and go in. They're open! Secondly, ask for an estimate before they start to write stuff up. I'm terrible at asking the right questions at the right time (my failing, not theirs!), and ended up with a much higher bill than anticipated. I'll also say that the prices have gone up slightly over the last couple years (totally expected!), but this is STILL the cheapest place you're going to get decent custom framing done in Chicago. I've liked custom work I've had done other place slightly better, but their price was at least twice what I paid at All Right Sales. I'm happy to sacrifice a negligible amount of quality for that kind of money. Additionally, the staff was lovely about working around my pick-up schedule. Overall, unless Michael's is running a 60% off + 20% off anything, go here. You won't be disappointed! read more

I'm an artist based in Chicago and this is the ONLY place I go to have my work framed. They are always fast and know their products well to make recommendations beyond my requests. Yogani has helped to recommend frames for me in the past that helped to highlight my work more than I expected and Art is such a sweet soul. He loves the work that he does and it shows in his outstanding customer service. If you are an artist in Chicago, I highly recommend you get to know the team at All Right Sales. They will be one of the best resources you could have. Sam read more

Excellent service and quick turnaround saved me on Christmas. I thought I was out of luck when a different shop messed up my frame 3 days before Christmas. Thankfully when I called All Right about my oddly shaped piece, they said they could build me a frame for pickup the next day, and then trim and frame my piece when I brought it in. On top of that, when I went to pick it up, the frame builder felt that it wasn't exactly perfect--I overlooked some details in the haste of the communication--so he adjusted the frame while I waited at no extra cost. The end result was perfect, at a reasonable cost, and faster than I thought possible, all with excellent and friendly service. I will definitely return in the future! read more

I had the greatest experience with Art and All Right Sales! Needed painting stretched in one day and he made it so easy. Very affordable too, no where else comes close. Just tried this place out, and am stoked with what I got! Nice older Indian guy running the place, and is very helpful, and even kept the shop open late to wait for me when I called. Worked with me past hours to pick out options, and then offered to have it ready the next day! Then stayed open past hours the next day to wait for me to pick it up, as I was stuck in traffic! How's that for customer service. On top of that, I literally paid half as much for this frame job, as I have for equally as nice frame jobs. Def my new go-to place. Thanks again for the quick service, and nice looking work. read more

I've had 5 different pieces framed by Art Patel and his staff. Each piece has been done beautifully, quickly and with a very reasonable price. They have a wonderful assortment of frames & mats. I am so pleased I found them. One piece was for a birthday present. He was able to have the frame done in one day. I was not going to be able to get to his store before his normal closing time and he met me a little while later. This place has so many framing options at different and great prices. Mr. Patel was extremely nice and helpful. I took a canvas which also needed to be fixed as the support it came with was bent. This place is great! I wandered in this week to give them a shot and they blew me away! I had 6 custom pieces framed....I was expecting to pay in the ball park of $500+ and Art charged me a little over $200. I brought the pieces in at 10am, and they had them ready for me by 4pm the same day!! We worked with Art Patel, what a great guy...super friendly, nice, respectful. All around a great experience. All of my future framing business will go here, hands down. read more

I would have loved to write a positive review, because the proprietor was kind and friendly. I went there looking for an olive green mat for a print in harvest greens and golds. But no matter how many times I repeated what I wanted, he kept pulling out mats in colors that were appallingly awful, like bright baby blue and royal purple. It took us forever to find the one and only olive green mat he had, and even that was --ehh... not great. I happened to ask how much it would cost and that's what drove me right out the door: $80 to cut a mat, when he'd already told me that an uncut mat would only cost $15. No assembly, nothing extra, just one mat, cut to order. Eighty dollars. Yikes. When I recoiled at that price, he immediately dropped it to $70. As I packed up my print to go, he quoted $50. As I headed out the door, he kept pressing me to take his business card, offering to carry my print to my car (how much cheaper would it have been by the time we got to my car? LOL). No. No, thank you. Thank you, but NO. I went to another store where I got exactly what I was looking for. They had so many wonderful colors to choose from, I had a hard time choosing among a half dozen beautiful shades of olive green. What's more, they charged me a grand total of $42 for far more: mat cut to order PLUS archival foam core PLUS hanging hardware, all fully assembled and ready to hang. And unlike All Right Sales, they don't confuse olive green with baby blue. read more

Favorite place in town to have art framed. I've done both office and personal work with them and super happy with both.

I've gone here on multiple occasions. They did beautiful work framing autographed jerseys and a couple matted pictures. I always received great service and high-quality work. I've used more expensive frame shops before and I will always recommend this place over those others. read more

I do think this shop is as good as it gets when it comes to framing! They are super service oriented, calling me when my order is ready and consulting me on frame or matting color that enhances my artwork or photography. They have a wide selection of in-stock framing so they can turn around an order very quickly. And, they keep in mind my budget, too, which lets me splurge on framing my more valuable art pieces while choosing a lower-cost option for more standard frames. We brought a very complicated 3-dimensional original art piece here and Mr. Patel helped pick a frame that corresponded so well, and at a more reasonable price than any other frame shop I've been to. Since then, I keep going back here, and I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone in need of custom frames! It's not much to look at from the outside, and the inside is jam-packed with pre-framed prints, but please just go in. Very much recommend you try it and I know you'll keep coming back for your framing needs, too. read more

I wish I would have found this framing store earlier. Being a collector for years, I have spent countless dollars on framing. My most recent one was close to $500.00 (Joann's). I was told that when I ever needed any future framing jobs I should check this place out. And I did for a repair on a lithograph that fell off the wall and broke the over 80 yr old frame and glass that matched the rest of the 8 others that were part of a collection. I walked in at the end of the business day and Art the owner was welcoming and professional and was very interested in helping me immediately. When he told me he could maybe fix the frame and glass back to normal and said it would only take 20 minutes I was floored. I told Art oh no it's the end of the day I can come back tomorrow..he insisted to get it done as I waited! I was floored again! Then I said ok I will wait. Well when he showed me the final results in that 20 minutes the frame and glass was absolutely back to normal as if nothing had broken or cracked. Unbelievable. I was again floored when he told me it was $35! Needless to say the service and pricing was impeccable and I will definitely be using Art's framing for everything that is framing. Couldn't be happier. Wish I found him sooner. read more
