The turnaround time is very quick, literally completed the order same day within a matter of hours and the service was impeccable. Sure they may be pricey, but for a family business, Frame Chicago definitely provides you your money's worth. The quality of the frame, picture, and positioning of the photo itself was done with great care. If there's anything that attests to their expertise, the inside of their new building looks like an art gallery with several framed compositions throughout. Holy smokes, this place is phenomenal. We came in expecting a run of the mill frame shop. Instead, we were met with fabulous events, art, and people running the joint. The Rajanis are warm and welcoming, and seem to perfectly pair folks that walk in with the right piece or frame. Not sure how they do it. We so look forward to our visits! The experience once I walked in was very pleasant and the selection and design was beyond my expectations. They are a family run business that has been there since the 80s and were extremely accommodating when we brought our three young kids in. One of the employees made it a point to entertain them while we were finalizing our frame selection.
