Juan took my money and stopped returning any of my calls. I needed a car wrap design and business cards design and print. His policy is that you have to pay 50% upfront. Instead he charged my the whole amount without confirming with me. I was promised to have my order done in 3-5 days. A month later nothing was ready. I tried to call-he was too busy to talk and always promised to call me back. Calls weren't even returned. Last time I called I was really mad and told him that I wanted the money back. He said that there is no refund no matter what. So, I called my bank and they got my money back. I got lucky there. But be careful! If you look at the reviews that have been removed and are in the not recommended list, you will see that people had the same problem with Juan. read more

Sharing is caring! I have to share my experience with Liquid Gold Design and Print...the staff went beyond my expectations in producing my business cards, Banner and Giclee prints for my small art business. The colors of my Giclee were simply amazing and the price was very competitive. I definitely recommend their service...Creative and professional team! Janice Aponte - AponteART read more

Wow. Thursday June 21 I was calling all over the city to find someone to print banners that I NEEDED no later than Saturday night. (yes I'm that guy) When I called we spoke briefly and I was assured that I can get them by that date and the pricing was the BEST in the City. I walked in for one banner and left with three banners and stickers. I was so pleased with the quality of work and pricing! Just made sense that I had a budget and was able to leave with 4 different items at the price I thought I would have to pay for 1. The quality was amazing and I will be back. read more

These guys are awesome! I just don't want else to say. They totally were able to the custom quotes I needed. They bared with me as I had to go back and forth between them and my across half way across the world. When we did get everything to them, they got our postcards and regular business cards to us a day early then quoted and they look so great. We ordered some custom business cards which they said would take longer, but I wouldn't be surprised if I got call in a couple of minutes for them. Oh, and the pricing! FANTASTIC prices for all the things we asked. They easily beat out online printing places that will offer you half off. read more

At last, I have found my new printer!!! I've been through 3 different printers, prior to QDP. I needed business cards for my salon and the first 3 could not produce what they promised. I have custom sized cards and a tricky color. Juan took the time to work with me to tweak the color to my liking. The cards came out beautifully, the card stock was thicker than the other printers offered and QDP still managed to beat the price of the other shops. This is what good business is all about- I couldn't be happier. They will be handling all my graphics/printing needs from here on. read more

Is this pace still in business? Since September 2018 I went there 3 times, it's always closed. The sign says by appointment only. Called the number several times but no call back read more

These guys have constantly beaten prices from online print services and done so with a quick turnaround and friendly service. The products are top-notch, and you get to see it all in person, you can't do that with an online print service. They know their stuff too, if you have any questions or need help deciding what to get done, give them a call or stop in! Need something printed quickly? They do that with the rush services they have available too. Not that a print shop is something you'd wander into just on a whim, but they are in a great stretch of Western Ave that spans from the 606 up to Fullerton with tons of retail stores, tattoo parlors, restaurants and bars. I've been calling it 'Walk Western", and I think you probably should too. (I mean call it that AND actually walk that stretch.) read more

So I went to QDP graphics after a friend recommended Juan to me. And omg I was super happy with the shirts and business cards he made for me. He was very attentive and helped me understand the whole graphics/quality lingo. Check out Juan he's very personable and is good at what he does... read more

WATCH OUT! This company took my money up front and then did not perform the design work they were paid to do. They offered a 50% refund after a month of them not performing the work. I don't understand why they couldn't just do what they were paid to do. read more

I just LOVE coming here, I've been here a few times.. to get birthday banners etc.. Juan is so nice and very funny. His prices are GREAT! He's always going the extra mile for me... I would highly recommend coming here, if you need any printing, wraps or banners done.. I've recommended a lot of family and friends, and they all have said good things. I will continue to come here for a long time. read more

After going to a custom tee printing store that charged extra for dark t-shirts, bringing your own shirts, getting shirts done within 2-3 days, and didn't allow printing on dark colors within 2-3 days, I was looking for a place to custom print on t shirts that I needed on short notice. I went to QDP Graphics on Wednesday and they were able to get the shirts exactly the way I wanted by Friday. The price for printing on the shirts was within my budget and I am very happy with the products. They were able to print on all of the shirts that I brought in and didn't charge extra for dark colored shirts, bringing my own shirts, and for needing the shirts on short notice. Juan was very friendly and very helpful by guiding and working with me on making the best printed shirt to my preference, unlike other custom tee printing stores. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family! read more

Really fed up with Juan and whatever clowns work there. Prices are decent, but EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I have to put an order in, it's nothing but hassle. First of all, you have to come in and pre-pay. Even if you're re-ordering, meaning you're not some random off the street, you're someone they already know, too bad -- pre-pay. So you have to go in twice, first to pay, then to pick up. Second, they're slow. Very slow. Third, like everyone already said, their communication completely sucks. If you call, don't expect anyone helpful to answer. Don't expect a call back. Don't expect anyone to follow up with your order status or let you know it's done. In other words, if you need something done quickly, or even average time, or even slow, but not ridiculously, beyond reason dog slow, then go somewhere else. I found a shop on Western, just 10 blocks west down the street of these guys, better prices, take payment online and turned my order around in 2 days instead of 2 weeks plus the obligatory 5 days of phone tag. After that, I was like.. why in the world did I put up with this nonsense for so long? Seriously, just forget these guys. Actually, I'm pretty sure it's not even 'guys'. It's just Juan, and then his homeboys loitering around and answering the phone. Forget it. read more

Hello All, I found Juan with Liquid Gold Design via Yelp and overlooked negative reviews. I was impressed with him and he showed me great design work he did. He does business cards, signs, T-shirts, Logos and really has great past work. I left his business June 30th 2015 excited to do business with him and looking forward to seeing business card proofs. He charged full amount upfront for two proofs + printing for companies and promised proofs within 7-14 days. Well, the proofs never arrived! I called and emailed and finally reached him 20 days later. He apologized and asked i send him an email. 1 week later still no proofs and no contact. I wrote him a letter asking for a refund and still no contact. They charged me $423.13 and never did a thing and instead of refusing to refund they ignore me. To Juan w/ Liquid Gold Design: Tomorrow is your last day to refund my card before i take action. Thanks, Steve W. read more

Amazing service and helpful people. The only place I'd ever go! They finished my order of business cards a day early.

The best around for price and service. They'll work with any budget to design a a product you can be totally happy with. I had my vehicle wrapped recently with them and their follow-up was better than great. Went above and beyond with setting up a convenient time to install and the price came in on budget. John (who installed) and Juan (designer) worked well together to achieve a terrific vehicle wrap. Can't recommend them more. They also do banners, flyers and business cards but haven't used them for that, YET. read more

At one point I gave this place 4-stars because I liked that I was able to get affordable business cards printed really fast (1000 in 2 days) but I retract that. The cards I had made were all black, and over a very small period of time the black ink came off the cards, and they just looked cheap and I threw them in the trash. I guess you get what you pay for, they are CHEAP. I've never ordered anything else from them. Perhaps all white cards are fine and other types of printing is good. I wouldn't know though. read more

This place was great! They printed my Capstone project within 24 hrs, boarded it, and bagged it. Their recommendation for using mat paper for my presentation was spot on as well! I'll be going back here for any future large format printing! read more

Prompt, professional and courteous. Juan turned my mock up into a professional logo in just a few minutes. I couldn't be happier with the quality of work, pricing and turn around time. read more

These guys are the best in the biz! I was so happy when I stumbled upon them one day. I won't use anyone else for my printing and sign needs. I highly recommend!!! read more

I worked with Juan to get a small image I had increased in size and then printed at a very affordable price. He did a great job with it, both of us agreeing to a proper size so the image wouldn't get pixelated. He finished the job the same day and recommended where I could get it framed at an excellent price and quality (All Right Sales). Also, I enjoyed talking to Juan about small business and being a business owner, something I can relate to....Anyway, if you need something printed or some type of image work, I highly recommend these guys. Very helpful, friendly and get the job done right. read more

I been doing business with Juan for long time. This is my favorite place to get my designs printed at. Price is unbeatable and quality products. read more

Best print shop in Chicago, bar none. Free design if under 5 minutes, and better than the novices 3 hours. Best recommendation I can give.

Juan took my money and never returned or answered my calls. lucky for me my bank was able to get my money back. be careful!

Fast and friendly service. Would definitely recommend. I only had a set a business cards done, but I'll be going back for future printing needs for sure. read more

Had some t-shirts made for my coworkers. Took us forever to choose the t-shirts, the styles and colors. The owners were great, took their time with me and showed me various options and prices and were available to make the adjustments necessary. We also brought our own design, in order to save money which was not completed appropriately and liquid gold design were nice enough to let us know that the design we had will not look right on the t-shirt and were able to make the appropriate changes to it in just a few minutes, so that we can have perfect product. Was extremely happy with the business and will definitely recommend them to all of my friends. read more
