I was in a bit of a bind, and he immediately took the time to help me - while managing other projects - what a pro! If you've created a project in something other than Adobe, and you have questions regarding size requirements, steer clear of the owner! Unless of course you enjoy being condescended to and berated by a total stranger. Then...knock yourself out! I had this company do posters for me. The guest experience was great. I dealt with a young lady who was very helpful. The price was good and the work acceptable. (If you consider stretching the art a bit without telling me, is ok.) I'm not a designer. None of my work was created in illustrator. (Oddly enough, Vistaprint is able to work with it though without changing anything. ) The next time I had to get work done, same kind of poster, same everything accept the actual graphic. I couldn't remember the size requirements. At which point, thzt put the owner on the phone who wanted to know why I want using illustrator, or a designer, and went on to berate me as though I had the misfortune of posessing only 2 brain cells. I was a successful entrepreneur in marketing fir 30 years. I explained that to him, adding that (in spite of his evident view of me), I'm not a moron! Thus guy screamed at me "You don't know what you're doing!" At which point I said "screw this!". I contacted vistaprint.com, where I spoke to a lovely Jamaican woman who was very patient and helpful. Since then, I still use the same online program to create my work. I simply upload it to vistaprint.com without any assistance. The price is great! I always receive it much faster than anticipated and I go to them for everything. Posters, postcards and mouse pads. It's staggering to me that this guy is in business. It's also rather surprising to read these other reviews. I had a small biz with a contract with a fortune 100 company which lasted 30 years. I'm all for using local businesses. Unless said business suffers from a sense of arrogance and entitlement because they are the only shop in town. Then I'm off to greener pastures. Carolyn & Sam are a ray of sunshine in an often-disappointing world. We recently moved, and tried using a printer closer to home. That printer didn't take us seriously, which messed up our entire project, as well as the timeline with which we had to get it finished. We called these guys in a panic at 4:30pm. Carolyn picked up the phone, and immediately helped us. Within 30 minutes, she had looked at our graphics files, AND got Sam on the phone for a 3 way call to discuss the project and make sure we were all on the same page. We received a call at 8am the next morning to let us know that the prints were finished and ready for pickup.
