It is great if you want fast and efficient store signs and posters made. Seung is great at handling things with customer. He's always at work very early and replies to customers needs. I very much admire him for replying to emails at a lighting fast speed and looking like a teddy bear. As a customer, please make sure to confirm the final version isn't misspelled and doesn't have any mistakes. They're not responsible for any mistakes and such things after your final confirmation. That could be a downside to this place, but just make sure everything is correct before your FINAL CONFIRMATION. As for the price, it is reasonable. This place is a great competition against other major printing companies. I'm just happy I found a place that I can efficiently communicate and get the prints I want. read more

Seung, Abel and the rest of the team are so great to work with. Every sort of print job I've needed over the past 3 years they've been able to handle easily. I don't want people thinking TFA can always guarantee last second orders, but from my experience, I've submitted files late several times and they came through EVERY single time. The quality of work has always met or exceeded expectations. Overall, these guys do an extremely professional job and are really pleasant to work with, always friendly. I highly, highly recommended TFA Signs. read more

I worked with Seung from TFA signs to create an awesome neon sign. My boyfriend loves UW-Madison, and I wanted to get him a sign with either a Wisconsin map, Bucky badger, or something of the sort. After shooting some ideas back and forth and taking technical aspects into account, Seung was able to create an amazing sign that is now proudly hanging in my boyfriend's apartment. Seung's communication, responsiveness, and attention to detail were greatly appreciated. I would definitely recommend TFA signs! read more

It was worth the wait ! I had contacted this company mid June last year and I had to wait for a response on the Quote for almost two moths and I had to keep calling for Updates until I got Michelle Assigned she was great with explaining all the Steps we needed to do in order to get our sign install. Since I am in the City of Chicago we required the Permit as well and She took care of everything !! Will definitely keep recommending them Just be patient.. read more

Great service. Fast responses from Seung. Still in the same location. Originally called Bongprint. Used them entirely for our Chinatown Night Market event - for marketing flyer cards, foamboard posters and staff name badges. Very accommodating for last minute editing changes even if it meant re-printing the entire job, so would definitely recommend and use them again. Also love how they are flexible with pick-up even outside of business hours. read more

I been to TFA Signs almost 5 years and brought many clients as well. Lately they been really rude and overwhelmed with their business. Just because your business is growing it doesn't give you right to treat your old clients any less. Also it is really hard to communicate with their front desk receptionist. Project get delayed and misunderstood. All the print out turned out to be mistake. It is not the same company anymore. It is sad read more

Can't recommend this business enough. The owner, Seung., was great. He was professional, courteous and responsive. My sign was made ahead of time and Seung waited for me on a Saturday. Oh, the best part is he was far, far less expensive than any of the well known sign companies. Deal with this guy. You won't be disappointed. read more
