I very much admire him for replying to emails at a lighting fast speed and looking like a teddy bear. As a customer, please make sure to confirm the final version isn't misspelled and doesn't have any mistakes. They're not responsible for any mistakes and such things after your final confirmation. That could be a downside to this place, but just make sure everything is correct before your FINAL CONFIRMATION. As for the price, it is reasonable. I had contacted this company mid June last year and I had to wait for a response on the Quote for almost two moths and I had to keep calling for Updates until I got Michelle Assigned she was great with explaining all the Steps we needed to do in order to get our sign install. Just because your business is growing it doesn't give you right to treat your old clients any less. Also it is really hard to communicate with their front desk receptionist.
