She interacts with clients and helps in handling their enquiries. I would like to thank Luma for giving me the best solution, for making the right decision to buy a product, and for patiently teaching me how to operate a machine that I didn't know how to operate. Her professionalism in dealing with clients is commendable. Thank you again for such a pleasant customer service experience, and I hope your store remains the same going forward.

This location is perfect but everything else sucks! The service is a 2 star at best…read more I like this location because the notary charges are $2 and the package pick up time is 6:30p. But my patronage stops there. They charge $2 per page for local faxes and $1 thereafter. I was not offered a cover page although there was a box shelf with fax cover sheets. They charge for cover pages whereas FedEx Kinko's does not. This location also ships for USPS but they charge far more than the post office for the same item. I was quoted $2.20 and the post office only charged me .92 cents. ..... So I agree they nickel and dime you. It is pretty safe to say that building a rapport with customers is not a concern. I'll continue to visit for notary services and drop off packages for pick up but would not utilize this location for anything else.

Could not file. I went down to UPS store, I had shipped it from. They stated they could not help me as I did not purchase my label from them. I explained I was having trouble filing claim. The web site would not accept my supporting documents. I asked if he could help me or at least scan in and email my invoice to me as he would not submit the claim, nor help with form. He stated he could, He did so with 1 invoice and charged me $5. I refused to pay! UPS issue, cost me a lot of time for lost package and he wanted $5 to scan one page so I could meet UPS requirements. These increases of dimensional-weight with cubic-inch volume surcharges doubled the shipping price that we should have paid. I called and spoke to the employee who inflated the dimensions and he dismissively blamed "laser measurements and increasing shipping charges." When I contacted the corporate UPS Store headquarters at 800-789-4623 (CustomerRelations@UPSstore.com), they suggested I call and talk with the local franchise owner before escalating the complaint. I called and explained the situation, and Brent credited the difference to our credit card and saved me the extra time to dispute the charge with AmEx, enter a BBB complaint and file a claim for fraud. In the future, after being burned by this franchise, we will have our own measurements written on the box to cross-reference and match with what a UPS Store employee tries to assign. In any event, I appreciated Brent's responsiveness, acknowledgment and eventual reconciliation.
