The web site would not accept my supporting documents. I asked if he could help me or at least scan in and email my invoice to me as he would not submit the claim, nor help with form. He stated he could, He did so with 1 invoice and charged me $5. I refused to pay! UPS issue, cost me a lot of time for lost package and he wanted $5 to scan one page so I could meet UPS requirements. Offered no assistance. NO THANKS, That kind of help I don't need. no sense in ever going back, the library would be more help!!

We drove less than 5 miles away to another UPS store in Bloomingdale, IL, and had the item shipped for $300. This is outrageous and illegal.
