We brought some packages to the Bensenville UPS store on Irving Park Road. They were awesome. We had several items of our son's that we were shipping to him. Some of the items were fragile. The owner, Jimmy packaged them up with care, used extra bubble wrap to ensure there safety in route. He was great. I also had Shovana, Im sorry if I spelled her name wrong. But she was super awesome at helping me out on my phone returning some amazon packages. She knew how to navigate my phone much quicker than I did and had the items processed and ready to ship in no time at all. She was very patient with me and didn't once make me feel inadequate for not knowing how to do it myself. I actually did the return myself but I screwed it up. Shovana helped to fix it for me. What a sweet and helpful staff!! Absolutely felt comfortable taking my time finding all the QR codes and returning many items I had in my car!! One of the staff members jumped outside to help me carry all the boxes in the store, and the other one helped me back to put the rest in the car! This business is new in the area. Everything is money. I asked for tape and there is a charge. I asked if they could print the label. There is a charge. $1 is really nothing but it's the principle. If I am using your store, you are getting money from some where. So I don't see why you can't be lenient and respect other. You need us. We don't need you. There are lots of Ups around the area. I don't usually write reviews but for this UPS store I am making an exception. Jimmy is the owner and maybe one of the top 10 nicest people I've ever met in my life. On top of that he is an absolutely wonderful business man. He cares about each and every one of his customers and knows them by name. That being said, he also hires some of the nicest people I've ever met! Very great UPS Store location. One of the best things about this location is that it is open 7 days a week. Probably the only surrounding UPS store that is open on Sundays. Occasionally there are also free raffles for prize winning. It's always a very friendly environment here and great for the community. read more
