Item picked up by AAA Cooper Transportation on 7/31/2025. I was not notified of the shipment until 3am 8/4/2025 with a delivery date of 8/5/2025. With the delivery date a day away I thought I could get ahead of it finally but all to no avail. My product, $6k dtf printer, arrived on 8/4/2025. Without prior notification, no call from the driver and no knock on the door. Product just dropped off in my driveway blocking in another vehicle and driver dipped. Shipped a well built crate. It arrived a week late with forklift holes through the crate, the lid ripped off. 2 custom made aircraft parts missing. It was booked through Unishippers, who has excellent customer service. The crate was insured, and had "Fragile" stickers all over it. We'll see how good the claims process goes. Failed to pick up the items, requiring the person sending the items to us to bring it to their location just to get the process started. Items said to be delivered 3 days later. It is now 10 days after the estimated delivery date and only found out 2 days ago that the items have been lost. In order to get this information, I had to go to their website, find their contact info isn't real or outdated, sit in a live chat on 4 occasions trying to get a support member to talk to me only to be kicked out for inactivity each time, call a number I received through connections multiple times just to be told by a support member (whom sounded so disinterested that I wasn't even sure if they actually checked anything) that the items are missing at one of their warehouses due to negligence. If I hadn't gone through this process, I doubt they would have ever told me they lost my items or even bothered to look. Paid $230 for the freight, but I wish I went with FedEx and just spent the extra $100. Never using AAA Cooper Transportation again. Update: 2 weeks late, the shipment arrived and they lost over half the value of the shipment, damaged a few of the items that did arrive, and they nearly gave me someone else's freight alongside my own. Immediately started on a claim for a refund. Bringing us to today, November 20th, AAA Cooper Transportation dares to try charging me bonus fees for "excessive length" when I informed them it was 10 ft long and still quoted me for $230. Now they are attempting to force me to pay over $600 for the freight that, again, was 2 weeks late/half lost/partially damaged. How can a freight company be so incompetent? read more

I had a good overall experience. Called yesterday to check up on my delivery, noticed there was a delay. The person who answered the phone was very nice, checked on the PRO number for me and put me on hold to get a live status. The package was scheduled for delivery that day (I called around noon) but since it arrived to them after their delivery truck left for runs she said it would be the next day. She coordinated a timeframe with me, to make sure I was available (signed / insured package). Gave the instructions to the driver, and reconfirmed with me later that evening. My delivery was a bit early and arrived in good condition. The way it was stacked inside the truck was a bit haphazard but not awful. Driver was patient as I opened and inspected the item before signing for it. This took about 20 minutes. All in all, I'm satisfied with them and the few folks I spoke with. read more

This is to anyone who would even consider using AAA Cooper for your shipping needs, no matter where your business is located in the US. I sent a secure skid of non-spillable batteries, and they delivered them damaged and unusable and will not take any responsibility for it. They are hiding behind the signature of the reciever and a NMFC code. All actions should be accounted for, AAA sent me a picture of a secure skid, and then when delivered it was destroyed and the batteries were all over the place. In my opinion AAA has not pride in their work and I would not recommend using them ever to anyone. read more

I work for a warehouse that had a delivery appointment coming from this company. The driver showed up while we were unloading another truck. We told him it would be a 20 minute wait. The driver walked away angrily and drove off. 20 minutes is a reasonable standard. This wait was largely due to the fact that we are working with one dock door. The other one broke and we're waiting on it to be repaired. When I emailed them about the situation their response was "their driver needs to keep it movin". No apology. No professionalism. I had 4 skids to have delivered on 5/28/2024. only 3 showed up with the shrink wrap torn off the one and had two tiers of envelopes stacked on one of the other intact skids. Two cartons were missing. I did get the 4th skid the next day. So I filed a claim and finally got a response on 8/18/2024. saying I received all four skids. They missed the part several times that I mentioned it only being 2 cartons. Worst customer service ever. read more

I own a working farm in North Carolina. We receive delivery trucks daily. Today we had an outstanding experience with AAA Cooper Logistics in a 26' delivery. Drivers Johnathan and Justin went over and above today! They called my cellphone in advance of arrival and called again upon arrival. They did an outstanding job delivering 500lbs of product strapped to a palette. They were able to successfully negotiate tight and challenging confines in order to deliver my product in Super Hero fashion! We are very pleased with them both! I been her 1 year, and I got to say that I like it. Job on s not hard, I'm a straight truck driver and make deliveries. With a pallet jack and use the lift gate. It can be a little tiring but I just think about it like an exercise. Everyone is helpful and courteous, from the big boss to the dispatchers and drivers. The pay is very good and I never had a problem with any of my pay nor requesting days off. Company provides uniforms and they are always willing to listen to any suggestions and/or concerns. AVOID this bait and switch company shipper like the plague ! They were charging me $ 217.00 to ship my package. Then I receive a " corrected " invoice for and ADDITIONAL $ 273.00 , $ 490.00 total now because they said they needed a lift gate to put the pallet in at my location. I let customer service know that we put the pallet in there truck with our fork lift. It was as if I was talking to the hand. They were not willing to remove this bogus charge. This logistics company has been absolutely horrible. I am in the logistics business as a broker and they have missed a pickup for 3 days before we finally cancelled the shipment and went with another carrier. Additionally, they are know for quoting and then changing the price claiming re-weigh charges and improper dimensions. Then when you provide documentation they deny and claim they are accurate. I purchased a bathroom vanity from Home Depot, and after reading the reviews I was nervous about my shipment. I'm please to say that my vanity arrived one day early and in good condition. It was wrapped tightly and securely fixed to a pallet. The driver was in a large straight truck and parked at the end of my driveway. Eddie was extremely courteous and professional and at my request happily took my vanity on a two wheel all the way to my garage and placed it where I requested. Dear AAA Cooper, I have just had a hip replacement from a military injury and my husband has a broken back. He now must crawl across the front seat of a truck to open a door during a move cross country due to your inability to perform your logistics professionally. This is coming from two 100% disabled service-connected veterans. We have been patiently waiting for this door for about 2-3 weeks now. We were promised at least 4 different delivery time and we were also told that our shipment was being expedited. We now missed the Christmas season and I wonder if we will ever get the pallet. I ordered some dining room chairs from Home Depot. Apparently they used AAA Cooper for delivery. Although the website stated I would receive a call prior to delivery, where a 4 hour delivery window would be set, I received no such call. The website also stated that someone 18 or older would need to be present to sign for the delivery. Apparently no so. AAA Cooper dumped the delivery in the street in front of my house and left. No prior warning. No notification afterwards. Now I'm out a chiropractor bill due to the damage done trying to get the stuff inside, and whatever it is going to cost me to dispose of the pallet that they left in the street. I didn't order a heavy pallet. My gated community doesn't have bulk pick up. It's too heavy for me to lift. So now I may be potentially fined by my HOA because this trash is on my property. After waiting over 10 minute for help, I needed 5 PRO numbers for pick ups. That does not take long to provide. The rep named Cindy did not care how long i waited for help and would only help me with 3 pick up numbers, then put me back in que for the remainder two PRO numbers. That is ridiculous for me to have to wait another ten minutes just for updates on two more shipments. Poor customer service and assistance. Prepare for additional fees. I was told that the crate was 1/2" off on dimensions and this pushed it to a different freight class and added over $100 to my shipping. This was the first time using this company. We chose them because the quote came back favorable. I wish we had gone with the companies we normally use. Unfortunately, Home Depot had my flooring order sent to this company to be delivered to me. This company has the worst service, is unapologetic, and would be an embarrassment to be associated with. Home Depot needs to find another transportation company in this area. AAA Cooper in New Orleans contacted me on a Tuesday 11/26 to deliver my goods Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving, between 10-2, telling me I'd receive a call from the driver 1 hour ahead of delivery. They asked if my driveway would accommodate a 53' truck. I said that I've had several large trailers with lift gates, plus a logging truck come through the drive without issue. I waited for my delivery until 1:30 Wednesday before calling AAA Cooper. There wasn't an answer, so I called Home Depot. Home Depot was able to make contact with them. They assured me that AAA Cooper would have my flooring delivered that day. I had to leave my house! At 4PM, I called AAA Cooper back. The gal that answered then told me that my shipment never left their facility! I asked why they told Home Depot it was on the road and why I never received a call from them. She had no answer for me but rescheduled the delivery for Monday 12/2 between 10 - 2. Home Depot was notified of AAA Cooper's failure and was kind enough to credit $100 from my order. Monday came, so did 1PM, without a call. I called AAA Cooper and was told that the truck with the lift was broken, so my shipment was still at their facility. I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager. Mark guaranteed that my shipment would be delivered the next day after I told him that it would be the third day of lost wages for me not working! Home Depot was notified of their failure again. Tuesday morning (today), I called about at 10AM to be sure that my shipment would be delivered. The gal at AAA Cooper assured me that Mark was on top of the situation. At 1:30 Roger from AAA Cooper called me. He identified himself as the station manager. He asked about my driveway and said that he and the driver were worried about being able to access my drive. Again, I told him the same as I did the initial call from them. He said that if the driver couldn't access it, he'd have to either leave the shipment in the road or they'd have to deliver it the next day with a smaller truck. I told him that there was enough time in the day to bring up a smaller truck and that leaving the flooring in the road was unacceptable. He was speaking over me and I unleashed on him that his company has been the worst I've ever dealt with, that his customer service is failing, I'd lost 3 day's wages and wasn't going to lose another, and I'd already let Home Depot know how unsatisfactory the experience with AAA Cooper has been. He then just told me the truck would be out and if he couldn't make the turn into the drive, that they'd just leave the shipment on the road. I said that isn't happening and hung up. I called Home Depot to explain today's conversation with Roger. Home Depot called Roger. Roger told them he'd meet the truck at my address in 2 hours and if it couldn't make it, they'd dismantle the pallet and load the flooring onto his truck to deliver it to my door. I told Home Depot that my house was 1 - 1.5 hours from New Orleans, which made me believe that their truck didn't even leave the facility and that I thought Roger was just trying to delay delivery again when I spoke to him earlier. Sure enough, Roger and another man showed up in his pickup truck with my flooring in his pickup bed. If their 53' trailer truck was on the road near my house all of that time, there wouldn't have been enough time for him to return to New Orleans to unload into the pickup. I can see the road from my house very plainly. The trailer was never near my home. Lies. Excuses. I will ask all other companies I order from if AAA Cooper is listed as one of their transports and not order from them, just because of AAA Cooper's affiliation! read more

If the package you ordered is being delivered via AAA Cooper, good luck to you. The chances of you getting your package in a reasonable timeframe is slim to none. They need to communicate to their vendors about their new ship times so they can update their customers. Order a pressure washer from home depot, when i went to pick it up, the pressure washer was busted and broken, i returned it and had them ship a new pressure washer to my home instead because i thought that a home depot employee might have broken it while moving it. they decided to use this terrible company to ship it. the delivery date came and no new pressure washer. no phone call saying it was delayed, nothing. So we called them again and was told they'd be out today to pick it up. My logistics company used these morons to ship goods to Amazon. Fucking truck driver went AWOL for a week. I'm making phone calls, furious at my logistics company, asking them where my product is. They're scrambling trying to come up with excuses and trying to track down the truck driver they contracted from Cooper Transport. Turns out the trucker lied about making the delivery to the logistics company. We had to call the cops and report our product stolen before any effort was made for the trucking company to complete their delivery. Fuck these crooks. I don't know why anyone deals with them. I certainly wouldn't have and you can bet my logistics company won't anymore either after I dislodge my foot from their ass. This is eventually the timeline we were able to piece together: June 23: Goods depart China June 27: Goods arrive in US (Chicago) June 29: Goods clear customs June 29: Logistics contracts private truck (pooper transportation) to deliver goods July 3: Trucker picks up goods (4 days? How did this take 4 days?) July 9: Trucker falsely says goods are delivered July 10: I lodge my foot firmly in logistics company's ass and cops are called July 11: Delivery is made (Maybe we'll just start with the cops next time) July 12: Still trying to dislodge foot from previously mentioned ass. read more
