My husband and I had to move two giant Snap-on tool boxes pluse other items. The two men were fantastic! It was one of the hottest days and we lived down an acre long gravel, tree lined driveway. They had the best attitudes and were determined to find away when issues with the gravel driveway arose.- pushing the tool boxes to the truck. They were quick, efficient and very nice gentlemen! Worth every dollar we spent! And would definitely use them again and recommend them! read more

Was a customer for many years, then came the day I had to file a damage claim against them. Their driver Kevin put a 2 wheeler through a $12,000 television as a result of him not securing the load, (most of their trucks look like they have salvage titles, despite them being disorganized inside.) Anyways, Kevin admitted fault, there was witnesses, it was on video as well. Later, Tim Tillis their operations manager said simply, they "weren't responsible", despite multiple witnessess hearing their driver admitting to fault, the video, etc. Their sales manager, Dan Schoenborn. always said to me, "you are covered", "you have nothing to worry about", no other detail beyond that. Anyways, Tim Tillis the operations manager mailed me a $100 dollar check and closed my account, also informing me to contact their attorney if I didn't like it. Their lawyer has an @prodigy email account too, lol. I don't even think they have insurance. Bunch of shenanigans. Beware! If they damage your stuff, they will offer you $100 and close your account. This is how they treat customers like myself that did six figure business with them. If you're trying to use them piece meal, let your conscience be your guide after reading these facts. Look out! **The owner of the company Randall S, that replied to this knows nothing about how to treat customers and only how to travel down a path of defense. Read the other reviews people have. No honor, no loyalty with him, or his organization. **edit is for response to their rebuttal. They still cannot provide this document he talks about with additional insurance offering. They'll be "quick" to point out anything they can (even if it doesn't exist) to abscond themselves from accountability. Beware! **edit** MORE... Didn't think I'd be adding this "quick" but get this, I tried to redeem my "Rabbit Rewards" with them. This is a gift card program they incentivize for customers enabling you to get rewards for accumulative business with them.. They had their attorney, Mark Dicara in Lake Barrington, mail me my rightfully earned gift cards (Shell Gas Card, Amazon gift card) with a message saying receipt of it means ill discontinue my right to my claims again them. Not only is this unethical, It's not even legal. Those rewards have nothing to do with their negligence or my claim. I mailed back the cards via UPS to Tim Tillis and sent a letter to their attorney. Steer clear and wide of this company. They're All hat and No Cattle. read more

I would highly recommend Quick delivery. i know i have options with selecting UPS, FedEx and a host of other messenger services. But Quick delivery for same day delivery, is my choice as an INEXPENSIVE , swift delivery company. I was able to ship a package from downtown Chicago to Oak Brook for a four hour window time for $25!! Awesome , called for delivery pickup at 12:15 and the delivery person was at my door at 12:35!! packaged delivered before 2pm. That right there, for the package delivery cost is less than the cost of a half tank of gas and saved me time on that sorta drive. YAY read more

Quick Delivery Service has done many deliveries for me. Being a real estate agent I do have to deliver earnst money all the time. Quick is Quick to pick up my checks and deliver them. If there is any issue with an address they are very communicative to resolve any possible deliver address errors. They will deliver anywhere and I would recommend them to anyone wanting to save time and have someone else deliver what you dont have time to deliver, after all time is money! read more

I attempted to use this service for my dental laboratory. I would have been a regular almost dairy customer. Out of 5 deliveries 4 were completely messed up. Wrong box to wrong office, though I called a pickup in they never showed up. I take great pride in my business and have been in business for 24 years. I do the hard part. One would think getting something from point A to point B would be a slam dunk. When I call in a case on Thursday and the case is due on Monday and it is still sitting here, that is completely unacceptable. They don't even return phone calls. If I could give -10 stars I would. read more

Watch your back. We used them for a few years. They took a TV to deliver and broke the screen. There response was to refuse the cover the damage and close our account. Not very ethical. read more

I was in the position of needing to get a bookshelf from Dania to central Chicago. Came across these guys, the girls on the other end were really helpful and nice when trying to find the best vehicle. The price was cheaper than the store delivery fee. I did ask them to call me 30min beforehand, and one of the dispatchers did call me to confirm that I wanted a call 30min before. No call ever received other than my doorman with "Your bookshelf has been dropped off, it's in the loading dock." It's still in the plastic wrap, it looks good, I didn't see any tears. I was surprised that they just dropped and went. That's fine with me--no tip required. But if there's a major gouge in it, I'll understand why they didn't call beforehand. read more

Dan and the guys at quick delivery completely saved my bacon on Friday this past week and things couldn't have gone better. I had to print a ton of work documents last second from San Francisco and have them delivered all around the Chicago area. I worked with Dan to find the best place to print in his area and he and his crew took care of the rest. What was a surefire disaster when I walked into the office on Fridy morning turned into a roaring success by 2pm that afternoon. I owe all of it to Quick Delivery!!! read more

Despite the attempt to make it sound like the delivery man did nothing wrong, the severity of this incident still lingers. We operate a Children's Activity Facility. The driver would not believe a former tenant had moved out two years earlier. He ignored multiple warnings not to enter the facility and decided to verify for himself. He did not even attempt to enter the common space of the building and went past the woman at the front desk and entered our business to access the elevator. He entered and disappeared into the building which had children present. Our license requires anyone with access to children to be fingerprinted and those results given to the State Police and FBI for clearance. We have used this incident as training for our staff. They should have called 911 and this had this intruder dealt with accordingly. Again, there is no excuse for this bullying behavior. I did call and spoke with the dispatcher who said this driver did have a history of occasionally "going off." read more
