I received no phone call or heads-up that my shipment was arriving, they left it sitting in front of my garage, never asked for a signature or even attempted to come to my front door, and delivered outside the delivery window. To make matters worse, I couldn't even get ahold of anyone because the delivery had been outsourced to Denver Air and Delivery Service. This was supposed to be a threshold delivery, which clearly did not happen. While multiple companies share responsibility for this unacceptable experience, AIT Logistics is prominently listed throughout the paperwork. I will be leaving reviews for all three companies because customers deserve to know what they may be dealing with. The entire experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. A delivery service should communicate with its customers, honor its delivery window, and fulfill the service that was promised. None of that happened here. After reading the other reviews, it's clear that my experience is not an isolated incident. I can't believe a company I did business with chose this logistics company based off the reviews here. They share the blame.

However, the service makes up for drab atmosphere by being very engaged and helpful. I had to deduct one more star due to a peculiar requirement to check the contents of a package when it's insured over $1k. When UPS driver picks up a package there is never an inspection; when I drop it off and show my id, the inspection is required! Now, when I have a high value package, I need to leave it unopened, and close it afterwards-very inconvenient.

My logistics company stores inventory here and has pallets shipped to my clients business conferences nation-wide. Bill builds our oversized pallets and they last longer than pallets built at other shipping services I have used. I get about 1 year of use out of each pallet. He also helps me source "white glove" delivery in the meetings we ship to so my clients have help with setup/breakdown at meetings. When I have meetings in the Chicago area, Prime sends out a team that offers "white glove" services such as carrying the meeting boxes through loading docks and direct to the meeting room. Then they perform moderation equipment set-up for these meetings. Bill has also helped me get through some very busy times and always has ideas on consolidating the routes so we sometimes ship to another meeting rather than return back to the hub to save costs by eliminating one leg of the trip. Bill Mamer and his team have never failed to be courteous, prompt in their replies and on time when performing these detailed deliveries and set-up. I have also not suffered any loss or damage of set-up equipment even during difficult times such as snowstorms of which Chicago is famous for. I only wish Prime was open on Saturdays! All access is electronically controlled by PIN pads located throughout the building and each locker has a keyed padlock on it. Depending on your locker size you might get an individually monitored unit alarm, ours had it, smaller lockers might not. The entire building has tons of CCTV cameras located throughout and looks very secure against would be burglars. Cleanliness: Even the bathrooms are secured by PIN pad, if that doesn't tell you the place is kept extremely clean then I don't know what will. Everything is immaculate inside the building with the exception of some scuffs and scratches here and there from people recklessly careening through the halls with loading dollys. Price: I hear it already, I can hear the voices of people saying "that place is expensive" SHUT UP! You get what you pay for. If you want top tier storage with high security and climate control to guarantee that your sensitive vinyl record collection and high end computers stay safe during your move you're going to need a company like Safeguard. Bottom line: YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! Don't skimp on protecting your stuff if you have high value items. If you're just storing a bunch of boxes of clothes and general housewares you probably don't need a fancy storage provider with climate controlled indoor storage and can go for an outdoor locker. All that said, for what we were storing, records and high value computing and storage arrays along with a plethora of other sensitive electronics it was well worth the extra money knowing our stuff was safely stored under climate controlled lock and key. Location: It's right off the highway which makes it easy to get to with a large truck and their loading dock can accommodate most any truck you can throw at it. Loading Dock: An enclosed loading dock is a nice plus especially when it's suddenly started raining and you want to unload your truck into storage. Unloading dollies are provided and all were in good working order when I was there. Bottom Line: If you are looking for top notch storage this is your place. If you are storing low value items that don't need climate control then you might be better served elsewhere.

They have a very simple to use a wizard to put it together the way you want - color or B&W, 3-hole punched, binding options, etc. Then you pay online, select the time to pick the finished materials up, and you're off to the races. I submitted around 11 PM one evening and said I'd be by at 7 AM the next day. Everything was done perfectly, on time.
