The unfortunate part of this transaction is that the movers chipped our concrete stairs on the way down, one 4 x 2 inch section and the next step just a nick. Junk removal 911 arrived when I was at work. They had told me they accepted credit cards. They sent me an invoice by email with no instructions on how to input an encrypted card number. I thought my husband had paid so did nothing right away. He said no one had asked him for a credit card. That evening they tried to call me five times in less than 10 minutes. I was busy and didn't answer the phone. Next thing you know, I got a message, threatening to bring my stuff back and put it in my condo hallway. This, by the way, is less than eight hours after they picked it up. The invoice mentioned check so checks take some time to be delivered by US mail When I tried to call back, I got a voicemail several times.
