On time and great service at a good price. Cleaned out a 30 year accumulation in a three car garage and sweep up afterwards.

They were great! On time, efficient, fair price and responsive. Would absolutely recommend them. read more

Since the original review, I've called them 1) for a 2nd, smaller, hauling job, 2) to disassemble and dispose of a Sleep Number bed, and, most recently, 3) to remove the remnants of a glass walk-in shower panel that had shattered in place. These guys are reliable, versatile, and reasonably priced - and highly recommended. read more

Quick communication, got the job done quickly, reasonable price. Definitely recommend to others.

Absurdly ideal experience. Right on time, amazingly competent and professional and SUPER FAST. Reasonable price for the job. A keeper for sure. read more

Service was punctual and on time. Alphonso was a consummate professional. He was here on time and ready to get things done. My only hesitation about a rehire is DO NOT BELIEVE THE ESTIMATE. $60 over the range for a few boxes some bags no furniture and a 3ft empty filing cabinet seemed excessive but hey times are expensive I guess. I have a larger job than this (association pres) but don't think these folks will be on the shortlist. read more

Professional, easy to schedule, did an excellent job. Competitive pricing for treadmill removal. Would definitely hire again.

Efficient, professional, friendly and FAST! Many, many thanks to In & Out Junk Removal, who came so quickly & took my construction debris AWAY! Jazmin is really quick on communication and she's a PRO! CALL THESE FOLKS IF YOU WANT A JOB WELL DONE! I will gladly recommend to everyone! Thanks again! read more

In & Out Junk Removal is the Best!!! Easy and efficient! You select the date and time and your job is booked! My movers arrived a little early. No four hour window wait time. My removal was 9:00am, the job is finished and I am writing this review at 9:18am. Look no further! read more

Lived up to their name. They were truly in & out and at a fair price too. Helped take out two couches one with a fold out mattress making it pretty heavy. Good communication and took care of business. Would certainly use them again and recommend to others! read more

Oh my God! I am writing this as they are moving junk out now! If you need stuff removed- these are your guys! Kind. Courteous. On time. Kicked BUTT! Great price. Great team! Don't hesitate! read more

This company is very prompt and efficient, and if you need to get rid of a huge amount of stuff they will do it quickly! Each time I've used them the employees have always been very polite and professional. The only downside I'd say is that they are pricey. I don't know in comparison to other companies since Ive only used them, but pricey IMO nevertheless. However, it is definitely no hassle removal in a pinch. read more

Service was effective and at a comparable price. Arrived as promised and were considerate of our newly polished floors.

I have. Mixed review. I contacted the about 2 separate jobs. The 1st was to remove 2 large wool rugs 9x11 and 8x10 with possibility of them hbng to move furniture to pull the rugs out. Quote was flat $99. I was happy about that. They were very responsive too and my appt was set. I go to run out for a quick errand an hour before the appt. And I see their truck driving.,.a get a call that they are early! Good thing I did not leave 1 minute before of I would have missed them bc they were so early. But I was happy they removed the rugs. I moved the furniture too and had the rugs rolled up. they did not. Now comes the 2nd job. I was cleaning my "junk closet " and had several bagged misc items. Light things...hangers, bags in bags , blanket and a 35lb gazelle that was folder flat. My quote.....$155!!! I showed them the puck and let them know it's only 1 flight too. They knocked it down to $150. Maybe the $99 rate is for first time customers. But I ended up bringing this down myself in 3 trips, 10 minutes. I've used Junk Kings for my parents and the charge by space on their truck. For $150....I've had a ton more hauled away. I guess in the end it worked bc I saved myself close to $200 after I was done tipping. So 1st time good. 2nd time, overpriced. But..they are responsive read more

I live in a high rise so we don't have any means of dumping large furniture. I sent out a yelp request and they responded immediately. They came and removed a queen size Mattress and all metal broken bed frame, old office chair, and a large box of loose trash. Responded really quick, straight forward quote, got here right at the time, and was finished within 15-20 min. Recommended and will use again. read more

Highly recommend. I'm in the process of moving and don't have a lot of free moments to spare. It's incredibly stressful and feels overwhelming, when I booked another junk removal company and they didn't show up I was frustrated and panicky to say the least. I called In & Out Junk Removal and they were able to come the next day. Pricing was a little steep, but I'm okay with what I paid when I factor in the high level of professionalism. I received a text when the truck was on its way. They also sent me a picture to confirm they were in the correct loading/unloading area. The men who removed my items were speedy but cautious not to damage the walls or floors. Payment was very easy. I used Apple Pay to pay the invoice when the work was completed. read more

We hired this junk removal company to clear out bigger items from my mother's apartment. We used the Yelp Quotes feature and received multiple quick replies from various vendors which was a pleasant surprise. In & Out Junk Removal provided an informative and competitive quote in just 10 minutes and they had good reviews and were readily available. Their rate was $750 for a 16 cubic yard truckload. The two guys were prompt and courteous and on time, and also worked smoothly and efficiently. They removed a couple of doors to get big items out as necessary. They ended up efficiently filling a full truckload and at the pre-tip price of $750. We were very happy with the service, and thank you! read more

These guys are amazing! I needed an old projection tv removed from our second floor bedroom. They were very responsive from the start. Got me a reasonable quote and I was able to schedule for that same week. They also texted an arrival update the day of my appointment as well. The guys were just as the company name says, "In & Out" with the tv. Great job all around. I highly recommend them. read more

They arrived on time. They did a thorough job. Just did not know there was an extra charge for bagging and boxing the loose items. I was told when they were at the site so that was appreciated. I would use them again. read more

In & Out was extremely responsive, scheduled a time for the work to be done on the next business day, and at a very reasonable price! The guys removed 6 very heavy concrete porch footers that were still buried and hauled them away. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend working with them. read more

I needed several huge rocks removed from my garden. In & Out gave the best price estimate. They were on time, quick and efficient!

They were extremely helpful, prompt, and their estimate matched the work requested. Thank you!

Great experience!! I had a room of construction debris and they cleared it out next day. They were right on time and did a great job. They gave me a base estimate prior to coming then provided a more accurate price once they saw everything in person. They also mentioned that if the price wasn't right they would leave no questions asked. The price was actually lower than i was anticipating $450 for an upstairs room full of construction debris in addition to 2 box springs, 2 mattresses, a large rug and chair. Would definitely use again!! read more

In and Out Junk removal was awesome for my disposal needs. I needed to get rid of an old couch since I purchased a new one. The movers came early, got rid of my couch quickly and disposed it on their own. Nothing but great service and professional from this company! read more

We needed to remove and dispose of 8x8x3 ft plywood storage bins that had become an issue for the buyers 24 hours before we were set to close on the sale of our place. In & Out responded immediately and communication was excellent throughout the process. They were there promptly at 7 am. We realized that the work might wake the neighbor's two babies and dog! In & Out could not have been more accommodating in every way. They did their best - and succeeded - in keeping the noise to a minimum in dismantling the structure and carrying it piece by piece - some were very large and heavy - carefully and quietly up the basement stairs to the building door without damaging the walls or doorways. As they started on the job we realized there was way, way more work than we had thought when we described the job on Yelp. We settled agreeably with In & Out on an appropriate and very fair price. We could not recommend In & Out more highly! read more
