During our initial consultation he impressed us as very knowledgeable and someone who would be easy to work with. Our impression turned out to be spot on. Initially, the project was estimated to take approximately ten to 12 weeks but due to events completely on our end, having to start and stop the project several times, it took about a year to finish. Throughout it all Chris never missed a beat and was completely understanding and accommodating with his schedule. Then when I told him I needed my half bathroom on my first floor turned into a full bathroom he creatively took space from an adjacent closet and made it work beautifully. He was also very collaborative about ideas for our two bathrooms upstairs. We were working with a designer who developed the plans for the upstairs bathrooms that turned out not to be completely workable for the master and Chris came up with ideas to still give us everything we wanted and actually made it look better than the original design. He is a contractor, along with his team, that you can count on to give you solid and informed ideas and solutions and I look forward to to working with him in the future and I recommend him without hesitation.

Taking a close look at their previous work, I could tell Proeh was committed to quality. And in the final result, everything was flawless. Every seam perfect, every measurement exact, every detail considered. Everyone who has viewed the bathroom always first comments on the quality. The owner, Jon, emphasized all the construction materials he provided being of the highest grade and I can confirm they were. Even down to the paint, Benjamin Moore Aura, nearly $100 a gallon. Pricing: I had 7 different companies review and bid my project. Jon provided an estimate that was amongst the most reasonable. In addition, we knew that a few surprises would pop up when we opened up the walls, but every additional add-on was super fairly priced. Professionalism: This cannot be understated. We felt like we got great advice from Elizabeth, and she really listened to what kind of look and feel we were going for. We then got with Daniel, our project manager, who helped turn the plans we received into reality. He was also a pleasure to work with and always provided very clear project updates via text and phone. It honestly did feel like quality work and it was priced well. The only area where I have feedback is that it would have been nice to have been informed when there was no one going to be working because I had to leave every morning and finding out i didn't have to after the fact was kind of annoying. All in all, however, a good experience. Would recommend.
