Lots of times the employees of printers are clueless and are not perfectionists, as printers should be. I always had to go over everything with a hawk's eye to make sure the job was done correctly. I had a package that required a signature and kept being delivered in the middle of the day so I…read morewas not home. I had attempted to handle the situation on the website and call customer service on my own but was not able to get direct help or information. I walked into this fedex because someone would have to talk to me. I asked if he could help me schedule the delivery for a time that I would be home or change it to pick up in store. The guy (wearing a plaid flannel so I assume he was the manager) handed me a business card, told me it would call the store directly and then he would transfer me to customer service where he assured me that someone would pick up (I had already sat on customer service for 20 minutes previously with no answer). THANKFULLY I stood in the store and let him listen to the hold music with me. After 10 minutes he assured me that someone would pick up. I told him "it's already been 10 minutes, how long do you like to be on hold?" he laughed, walked to computer, messed with the FedEx website same as I had, entered my tracking number same as I had, and told me that I would have to contact the sender to change the shipping instructions. I am mad because if he had taken 2 seconds to listen to my issue we would have both saved 30 minutes of hanging out in a FedEx. Thanks for nothing to that guy, I wish I had his name to list here. I would pay extra in shipping if it meant I could receive packages from anyone but FedEx.

After showing the blueprints to the staff, they had great recommendations on how to repair the tears, scanning resolutions and a variety of paper to print the results. Cool! They did the high resolution scans and provided me with PDF's that I used in photoshop to clean up wrinkles, water marks, etc. and then returned these files for printing on 40# stock.
