I needed to get a 14x20 picture printed. I looked them up on yelp and they have great reviews so I call and the wonderful lady on the phone was so helpful and nice and helped me out. So I stopped by and I sent her the photo to her email and it was done in less than 5 minutes and then a man came back to his desk and he was such a awesome person and great to talk too. The picture looked amazing and the lady gave me a gift with my photo purchase which wasn't expensive I believe 5 bucks I felt bad because I only had my debit card and didn't bring cash. A very old school establishment not suitable for today's world. While the work itself is good, timely service is not you should expect. My wife was promised delivery of her business cards within 3-4 days, but they kept adding a day at a time, never clearly even saying what's the delay. All her plans were messed up and she had to cancel appointments at the last minute. Eventually, the cards were delivered after full 10 days! Some clients lost forever. I could have easily got it all done in a couple of days via some online outfit. So much for trying to help a local business. Wouldn't recommend if you value your time. read more

We started out with them printing clear labels for our save the dates, then clear labels for our invitations...both projects came out wonderful! They were completed very quickly, professional quality, and very inexpensive. We just had all of our wedding program printed and cut to size. It was done in less then one day. They look amazing! The cutting is spot on, the ink quality is top of the line. Norvell spoke with me on the phone before I came into the store about making sure the paper I was going to bring him was going to work. My wedding invitations turned out fabulously! Norvell worked with us for many hours to make sure my invitation came out exactly how I wanted. His attention to detail guaranteed a perfect product! He even sent back our invitations twice because the vendor sent a product that was not up to his standards. He has many sample books that allow you to see all of the components of the invitation in a real life copy. I had a hard time looking at invitations online because you never know what the actual product will look like in real life!
