I've used this location a few times and I've never had any issues with what I've needed. But I felt…read morecompelled to write this review after interacting with and observing the employees when I stopped in this morning to send out a package. It wasn't too busy, just myself and two other customers. There was a man and a woman working (same gentleman I've interacted with the last few times I went). He warmly greeted me and then apologized since they had a power outage in the morning so the systems were running a little slow. While we were waiting he noticed the guest behind me and helped direct him on where to place the package he was sending. He also assisted his coworker (not that she needed it, per say, but it helped keep things running smoothly). After that the computer was ready and he scanned my package. He was very efficient and made sure that he was using his time wisely. I also observed the woman helping the other customer while I was waiting, and she was very detail-oriented and professional with him. While I was leaving, the gentleman gave me a friendly goodbye which felt very genuine, and I left the store actually feeling better and had my day brightened up. Can't say that about many places these days, so big thanks to them for being so great!

Smooth and straightforward process shipping multiple boxes to Canada. Neat, cheerful store. Nice…read morelocation on a revitalizing stretch of Oakton. When there was a difference between what the website price calculator told me and what their computer told them, they handled it well and we got everything ironed out. I've had positive experiences getting items delivered by UPS, too. Never once have they shown up late or delivered my stuff to my neighbors. Would choose UPS over the competition every time.

When we were youngins we use to drink Old Style beer (yummy cheap swill from our days of youth. My nephew wanted to give my brother a 6 pack of Old Style for Father's Day sort of a gag gift but couldn't find it in Seattle so he asked old Uncle Phil if I could find some & sent it to Seattle. By time I got around to buying the beer, double wrapping the cans in plastic bags taping them shut, wrapping the cans individually in bubble wrap & putting into a box it was 06/14/24 - 2 days before Father's Day. Here in lies the dilemma. To send the package overnight it would have cost $206 dollars a bit pricy for a $6 dollar 6 pack of beer. By the time I went to UPS to send the package it was Friday. If I would have sent it overnight to get the package to my nephew for Father's Day 2 days later on Sunday 06/16/24 it would have required overnight shipping which was $206 dollars. I felt was ludicrous to pay that much. After discussing this w/my nephew I opted for 4 day ground service which was still $26.75, still crazy but much better than $206 dollars. The person working there & the owner were very helpful in telling me the options
