I was shopping around for a low-cost, local, and speedy printing company and I knew I had found it…read morewhen I spoke to Mike H of ABC Printing. He was knowledgeable and swift in getting a price quote to me in the same day I called asking for a quote on printing and binding recipe books for me. Other printing companies I had called took DAYS to reply with quotes or passed me through several chains of management to give me a clear answer. Mike knew what he could offer me and in the end, his quote was more than $1 cheaper per book than all the other local businesses I called as well as FedEx/Kinko's. I offered to pick the books up on Monday but Mike insisted he would ship them to me at no cost by the Friday prior to the date I was rushing him for. This was incredibly helpful as the recipe books were intended to support a non-profit foundation campaign at work that will be ending at the end of March. I have never been more impressed by a printing company's personability and efficiency. In the future, I will use ABC Printing not only for all of my printing projects at work but also in my home life. I'm shocked there are no reviews already of this gem!

#59 of 2017 Needed…read moreto get illustrations printed to display at the convention show. I needed a professional job. I needed a shop specializing in graphic design that understood the production process on our end without knowing our industry. When I walked in here I was overwhelmed with the old retro elements like a mimeograph, type set machines, beaten and worn solid wood furniture from the turn of the century. I felt I was more in a museum than a print shop. I got the warm fuzzies, and that's good. David was able to help us to 100% satisfaction. He understood our concerns and needs. He also explained we could use another type of paper he carries to improve our product quality. And the price was very competitive to what I've paid. When I saw the final product I was very pleased. So glad to find someone knowledgable, customer friendly and could take care of our rush job in the 2hour time limit. What ever your printing project is don't mess around. Talk to David to get straight shot answers. Get the job done right with the people who have learned from the past to better provide the needs of today and lead the way to new technologies tomorrow. Their prices are great and flat rate shipping is hard to beat. I've been very happy with every job I've printed with them so far. They recently opened a location in Chicago which has proved to be fundamental to a few of my clients: * They offer on site pick up which eliminates pricey overnight shipping charges! * Their location is in close proximity to O'Hare Airport which is quite convenient. My clients have had great things to say about PSPrint's customer service when picking up their product and have been more than happy with the finished product. Thanks PSPrint, you make my life easy!

The only small gripe was that upon pick up, I walked into the store and nobody was wearing a mask. I guess I don't care that much given I was just vaccinated, but it was a little bit shocking to see. No masks in sight, no effort to cover up, nothing to see here guys. Doesn't impact the quality of the print, which I thought was perfect, or the overall customer service, which was great.
