I called them & they informed them of the problem. They stated that they were the new owners. I asked them to contact corporate & make it right.The "new owner" agreed.. OK. So I give them another job & ask them to repair the hole in the light pole-which they said they would do at no charge. They also changed bulbs on my light poles (paid for) & the installer didn't even bother to clean the light lenses---might as well have left the old bulbs in-cause the lenses were so dirty. Really terrible service. Who changes bulbs on 3 light poles for $225 & doesn't even clean the lens. It was offered at a "discount",since they needed the bucket truck for the rest of the job. How about cleaning the lens-----can't be reached without their truck. The also stripped my sign timer on the second repair (the installer turned the timer against the gears) on the monument sign. So I had to go get a new timer & pay my handy man to fix their mess. About $200. Another $150 to fix the wiring that went bad because the pole was open. Don't bother with this company-Has no clue about customer service & how to do the job right the first time. Don't let the favorable quote sway you. Cost me more after the fact. Still waiting on the credit.

Anyone who has had to apply for building permits here in Chicago knows what a pain that can be but CN completely handled everything on their side. The installer team was very kind and accommodating, frequently checking in with me to ensure everything was going to plan. Our signs are wonderful and we couldn't be happier. On top of all of that, CN is fixing a vinyl wrap that I personally made a mistake creating. Five stars.
