Mike was quick to respond with phonecall. He carefully measured. Estimated work completed in 2-3 weeks. One awning was complete the same week, but as tempertures dipped dangerously low, we posponed the other awning for a week or so - understandable as the temperatues could have cracked the siding and new materials. Love the awnings very much. I did not expect them to harness the door lights - which was a great surprise. Very professional workmanship. The house looks complete.

Several things needed to be redone, including the overhang on my front porch and the railings on the rear porch. I had to have tires repaired three times due to roofing nails from replacing the garage roof. The quality of the work performed by their contractors was uneven. Verbal promises made by Michael were not honored. The worst however is the condition of a ceiling in my kitchen. It is under the rear porch on which they did extensive work. They were contracted to paint and patch the ceiling over my kitchen sink. After 3 months of unanswered phone calls to get this repaired I received an email today saying that painting and patching did not included fixing damage from a previous leak. Here is a photo of what the ceiling looks like today, less than a year after they painted and patched.
