Both times they've had to resize the designs and even I've had trouble giving them the right type of file, but somehow someway they always figure out a way to do the job and they do a phenomenal job! My wrap that I've had on the sides for a year has held up really well, just a small part of the wrap had peeled on the side but it's not visible. Keep in mind I've driven the car through snow, got stuck in a ditch, heavy storms and all, I will continue to go to them for my future wraps!

Good grief. After…read morereviewing images on the X-Treme Graphics Instagram page, I thought this would be a good place to get a wrap for my son's DOC band helmet. I was wrong. I thought upon arrival, I would have a chance to sit with a designer and talk about what I wanted. Nope. You can send them an email, and then a receptionist will let you lean over her desk and she'll show you a handful of background images. Maybe you'll get to look at someone's fingerprint-smudged phone to squint at an old Instagram photo. While I provided several photos and instructions on how I wanted my son's helmet to look, it ended up looking like it was slapped together in a hurry. Although I wanted my son's helmet to resemble Captain America's, X-Treme Graphics printed out a *turquoise* background for some reason. (Since when does Captain America wear a turquoise helmet?) And instead of including the "A" and the shield within the wrap, they just added stickers after the fact. STICKERS! And the shield isn't even a circle. It's warped. The blue outline around the "A" doesn't match the turquoise of the background. The "A" doesn't even look like Cap's "A." Between driving here, pulling up images so I could email them to the woman sitting across the desk, waiting two hours for the application, and driving home, I wasted five hours and $80 dollars on something that looks like it was half-assed at a craft show. Fellow parents, save your money and find a graphics company that actually cares about the end product and who will take the time to work with you so you get the best outcome. This is some sort of rush-job factory. Had I seen a mock-up of the finished design, I could have voiced objections. Instead, I got what I got and raced home because I have a kid to care for - a kid who now has a helmet that looks worse than before. (Throws up hands, furrows brow, pounds out Yelp review.)

The location is completely inhospitable, no waiting area, no nearby amenities, and you're basically forced to rideshare back and forth. In my case, that alone cost a ridiculous amount. Not their fault, but it is part of the customer experience. I paid about $1,000 to tint a coupe, which feels excessive when similar work in the city runs closer to $600-$700. At least in the city, you can pick up your car in daylight, actually see the work, and have someone walk you to your car turn the lights on and/or answer questions. Here, the lot is dark, hard to navigate, and just not convenient. My car was parked outside in the dark parking lot which is already black on black and they have a well lit interior garage. I picked the car up the rep didn't walk with me around the car...nothing. The quality of the work was good and the staff was fine, no issues there, but between the pricing and the location, I wouldn't go back. I'm sure there are comparable shops in the city that deliver the same quality without the hassle.

Of course there is no way to contact Yelp to find out why they have labeled me this way. I'm very disappointed in Yelp and I wonder whether I'm being treated this way cuz I gave bad reviews to a couple other businesses. But in any case, I LOVE Koehler! These folks are meticulous and the quality is outstanding. I've used them several times. The first time I shopped around comparing prices and they were very competitive. After that first time, I gave up shopping around because I was so happy with the quality of work that they did. So, I'm not current on how competitive they are pricewise. You'll have to find that out for yourself. However, as for the quality of work, all the books have been bound very securely. Our synagogue had quite a few JPS chumashm rebound several years ago and they are as good as new. In fact, our congregation has books rebound by these same bindery over 50 yrs ago and they are in terrific shape. I highly recommend these folks if you are concerned about quality.

I offered and provided current contractor references but they wouldn't budge on their "company policy, sorry but without your money in our pocket we will not proceed". There is no way we would even consider to begin a relationship at such a serious disadvantage with a new I/C vendor! If you are not willing to put your money, name and reputation on the line for your work you shouldn't be in business for yourself. No thanks, well find someone professional. Stay away.

At some point, I spoke to Gus about my order to pay priority shipping where he very rudely placed all the blame of the website order problems on me. I will admit that I accidentally made a typo on the shipping address but Gus demanded $60 in priority shipping for a domestic delivery. I was willing to meet in the middle with $30 but Gus refused to accommodate because he wasn't doing that "just for a flag." My parents agreed to pay the unreasonable fee for the sake of my son. He was going to unwrap a hurricane flag for his weather collection no matter what we had to do. The flag was supposed to be delivered by Christmas Eve for Ben to unwrap Christmas Day. I wasn't surprised the flag didn't show up on Christmas Eve as promised but I was disappointed. Fortunately, the flag I ordered from China came in on Christmas Eve so Ben was very happy to have a hurricane flag to add to his growing weather collection. Fast forward to January 5, 2026. I emailed Eric to tell him that we didn't get the flag. He sent me a screenshot of the UPS receipt stating that the delivery was made at 406 S. Fifth, touching off a heated email exchange. I live at 406 N. Fifth. I made sure when I placed the order on December 22 that I told Eric that I lived at 406 N. Fifth not South. Once again, I was blamed for the incorrect address. I searched my emails and found the shipping invoice. The shipping address clearly stated 406 N. Fifth. I was vindicated and promptly sent a screenshot of the invoice to Eric who immediately apologized and issued refunds, one for me for the cost of the flag and one to my parents for the unreasonable shipping charge of $60. I assured Eric we would never do business with them again and I will be leaving a one star review on Yelp. I was furious at the customer service I received. However, I am glad that they have a thriving business with many happy repeat customers. Unfortunately, I am not one of them.
