The owner was present at the time and I complained about the employees unusual behavior and his response was that I didn't see him doing that. I will file a formal complain with UPS corporate and will file damage charges again the store. God knows what's going on there both with the owner and the employees. Be careful leaving fragile items at the store as you never know who's handling it.

Amy Scoville, their Director of Business Development (their person in charge of attracting new clients), called me back and we had a normal phone call discussing what I needed. Nothing unusual. Shortly afterwards, she sent this disparaging email about me to her entire team that I received by mistake: Hi Everyone, I spoke to this guy. Let's discuss Monday. Do not call him. You will NOT get off the phone easily. LOL Amy Well, her comments hurt the feelings of "this guy"--this guy who is animated and passionate and who Amy doesn't know from Adam. It makes me very sad.
