I can't believe how unprofessional this business is. They try to be for sure, but let me tell you, the girls working there are right there on the bottom of the charts. I walk in hoping they can guide me in the right direction with some postcards for my business. I've gone to retail print shops prior but thought I would receive better treatment and variety of options at a more specialized store. When i walked in, a tall woman with glasses came to the counter from the back room. She politely asked what I needed and I expressed that I was looking to have postcards made. She then pulls out a bunch of different samples of paper. I pick out a few and she has to keep yelling at some guy in the back to see if they actually had the paper. Then the paper I did want, she had to have it ordered. I thought they made everything in house? Anytime we got to a point where I was happy with the paper and the cut, she would tell me about shipping and that it would take multiple days. I couldn't believe it. What do they actually do at that shop? I was hoping I was going to the direct source for printing instead of having to wait so long. Supposedly they're just the middleman between the real printers and the customer. Then the manager came out to talk to me and she was wearing low cut plaid shirt! In a business setting! I couldn't believe in. Everyone in that shoddy place looked like they just woke up out of bed. Even the interior of the store was gross and dated looking.... I specifically remember a dusty fake plant in the corner of the front room. Overall, I think you must be more familiar with these products to go to this type of store. it's not really friendly for your common townsfolk who want simple products done. I dont think these people really expect anyone to come in the store based on how they dress and maintain the storefront. Take your projects to somewhere like one of the local retailers where they spend more time on YOU and care about YOU! Something about haveing corporate overlook employees makes for better employees. They care about me there. read more
