I needed a deck where a client sees it... is impressed... signs on the dotted line quality (like what you see in a commercial). Chris & Julie went above and beyond. When I sent the file toward the end of their work day (5pm), they still made time to jump on a call and review the file. They even made proper recommendations (heavier weighted paper, spiral binding) to improve the final presentation. And this IS the most important part.... they fulfilled their promises (calling me back, sending me pics of any issues) and obligations (delivering on time) without issue I didn't start with they're awesome pricing (cheaper than Fedex Kinkos) for a reason, their customer service is priceless! FYI - I do not know them nor have I ever met them before this transaction. I'm based on LA and my review is solely based on my communication with this order. And having been in graphic design and print production for over 10 years, they have earned my most positive review. I had contacted the minute man location in Hickory Hills that was closest to one of my siblings. The lady that answered, picked up and simply said "Hello". For a moment I thought I had contacted a residential line, as she didn't answer with the name of the business. When asked about the printing job needed, she stated we are NOT doing any printing right now. Before we could ask was it all locations, she hung up! The next closest location that showed on Google was Countryside. I called, spoke with Chris and tried to explain what was needed. I asked what time they close, and it was almost close to that time. We were about an hour away. When it was close to that time and we were still about 25 minutes away, I called Chris again and he said, 'no worries I will wait for you'! This was me and my siblings very first time having to prepare an obituary for our youngest sibling who passed away in an auto accident at the age of 21. I myself didn't know that paper could weight 180 pounds. Chris took the time to explain the various weights to me for the obituary,and the style of obituary we were trying to achieve. There was not one question that could not be answered by Chris or Julie. In fact, Julie pointed out exactly what was needed and Chris agreed. If you should ever need anything that this business can do, please allow them the opportunity to help. They are loving, caring, and professional people with profound knowledge of the business they run. You will not be disappointed. It's a big store with an impressive amount of photography equipment and just about every big brand and even some smaller ones represented. The photo processing and studio in the back kind of make it an ideal all-in-one location for all things photography related. They had plenty of helpful staff on hand to help out the crowd of people in the store at the time but the majority of customers clearly knew what they were talking about and what they were looking for. I would be interested to see how the staff are on regular business days but they did seem very friendly throughout all of my interactions. The back studio area where the class/presentation was held is an impressive size. I could see how it could be useful for a number of situations. What you'll find here is trustworthy, thorough, and detailed advice and expertise. Expect to be patient with wait times. They also have a studio space that can be rented by the hour for photo shoots. The only reason I have 4 stars is because I was hoping they'd offer more money for my camera. I will be back!
