They finished up and he asked me what I was working on. I explained it to him and how I was going to do the self service. I started trying to figure out how to do it, and he came over and said "can I help you with that?" He wisked away with my paper and fixed it all up, in record time with a great attitude. Amy Scoville, their Director of Business Development (their person in charge of attracting new clients), called me back and we had a normal phone call discussing what I needed. Nothing unusual. Shortly afterwards, she sent this disparaging email about me to her entire team that I received by mistake: Hi Everyone, I spoke to this guy. Let's discuss Monday. Do not call him. You will NOT get off the phone easily. LOL Amy Well, her comments hurt the feelings of "this guy"--this guy who is animated and passionate and who Amy doesn't know from Adam. It makes me very sad. don't come to this store. they charge $2.16 for one page print out to print your amazon return…read morelabel. they are definitely taking advantage of customers. so they'll charge on the receipt as you can see, 2.00 per hour, but they don't tell you you can use the computer for the hour. dylan who charged me says it's just a placeholder thing and helps him keep the lights on in the store. huh??? so i'm paying 2.00 to use the computer for an hour but not given the opportunity to do so. so dylan says the receipt charge of 2.00 per hour is just a placeholder and it's incorrectly being documented - it's not actually me paying the computer use the computer for an hour. does any of this explanation make sense to you either? shadiest ups i've ever seen. they'll make up fake "placeholder" charges so they can charge you more money. they also had someone's personal resume left up on the monitor during the time i paid to use the computer.

No but price wise is competitive and the service is worth more than saving a couple dollars. He's done sample prints for me and made adjustments on the fly.
