Seems like a lot of the negative reviews were 12+ months ago. Maybe they've changed management, but this place is just fine. Any time I've been here, the staff has been super helpful and I've been able to get in and out quick. Also nice that they have a small table for kids with coloring sheets and crayons to keep them busy so I can focus on what I'm doing. Just moved into the adjoining neighborhood to this shopping center and have made frequent visits here. Super convenient and has helped me print and ship everything I've needed to print and ship. read more

Amazing customer service!!! Had two small bubble wrap envelopes to return with prepaid labels. Envelopes had been opened before and I was afraid I would have to buy new ones. don't come to this store. they charge $2.16 for one page print out to print your amazon return label. they are definitely taking advantage of customers. so they'll charge on the receipt as you can see, 2.00 per hour, but they don't tell you you can use the computer for the hour. dylan who charged me says it's just a placeholder thing and helps him keep the lights on in the store. huh??? so i'm paying 2.00 to use the computer for an hour but not given the opportunity to do so. so dylan says the receipt charge of 2.00 per hour is just a placeholder and it's incorrectly being documented - it's not actually me paying the computer use the computer for an hour. does any of this explanation make sense to you either? shadiest ups i've ever seen. they'll make up fake "placeholder" charges so they can charge you more money. they also had someone's personal resume left up on the monitor during the time i paid to use the computer. read more

If I could give -10 stars, I would. I needed to get a document notarized. When I explained the document to Jahari Thompson, he said "yeah yeah yeah..." and after he stamped the document, he basically said: "amazing." He embarrassed me in front of other customers so I confronted him back: "what is with your attitude?" Even one of the customers that was waiting said she noticed the same. I will never go back to this UPS. And there is no way I will hire employees like Jahari in my team. read more

Hello, ATTN WORLD!! I visit this location on 07/03, I had a disaster poor experience at this location. The employee (Nada) was racist, he greeted, respected, and acknowledged every Caucasian person that entered the ups store, until I was next in line. Nada didn't greet me back, no eye contact, and he stared at me like I was a monster. That's after I greeted him first. I was dressed professional, I had on my long maxi summer dress. I carried myself like a black gorgeous woman was raised to be, with respect. As I stepped up and I greeted Nada, and I began to talk, Nada seen a another Caucasian woman step up, he completed turned away from me while I was talking and standing at the counter, and then nada assisted the lady like I wasn't there. I ask to speak to the manager, he (Riley) the manager was standing there the entire time, watching one his employee treat me poorly. He witness it, he had a smirk on his pink ugly face like he got pleasure in seeing me get treated poorly. I expressed my concerns about Nada. Riley didn't say a word, he raised his shoulders, and started to talk over me, asking me how many pages do I want to be had. Fast forward to this morning at 9:55am I received a call from Paul the owner. I knew that it wouldn't Paul end well when paul says to me, well you are the one who called to complained. Paul called me with a chip on his shoulder. He was beyond rude, paul talked down to me, and continues to talk over me. I couldn't get a word in. Paul had the audacity to tell me to don't pull the race card with him, in the middle of me trying to explain to him what happened. Paul immediately became irate, argumentative, ignorant, combative, and disrespectful over the phone. Paul was yelling at me so loud that I had to hang up on him. Then Paul emailed me, telling me what not to do, and not to come back to the Ups store. Paul is the owner! I understand why your team/staff members are ignorant and racist! you are the example! Respectfully, Paul, l'm asking to you nicely, please refrain from contacting me! I'm trying to help you sir. I serve a POWERFUL GOD! I'm one of God's favorite humans. I will prevail! I dropped off an item bought from Amazon to be returned. Quick in and out. WELL 2.5 weeks later as I track my item it's still saying "shipment ready for UPS." So I first chat on UPS website about starting a claim. I was told where to go online how to do it etc. (she knew it was Amazon return). I do it and a box pops up telling me "cannot submit claim" . I call the store and was told they are unable to see any tracking info due to being an Amazon order. (Woulda been nice to know at the beginning when first dropping it off. I woulda gone to a Whole Foods locker instead!) Then I'm told I can't file a claim through UPS. I have to go through Amazon instead. The lack of communication to the employees, not just at the store but at a whole is ENTIRELY frustrating. To be told on the chat I can send a claim, call the store and be told I can't. What's the problem with consistency?!?! Next time I have a return with Amazon. A return box at retail stores it will be. read more

I had a 8X10 Carpet that I was told to take to the UPS store to return. I had help to put it in the car but did not have help to take it into the store. The two ladies that were working that day went out of there way to help with the carpet and to wrap it into the plastic wrap I had brought in. I had the unfortunate pleasure of interacting with Filipe, who insisted on charging me $5.00 to pick up a package sent directly from Banana Republic. I tried to explain that I don't have to pay to pickup the package. Sadly, he refused to listen and went in to explain that I should've had the package delivered to my home vs choosing UPS as an "access point" for pickup. Basically, I paid the $5.00 and called Banana Republic to inform of the mishap. I was immediately informed that I wasn't suppose to pay to pickup my package,as Banana Republic has a contract with them. Kudos to Banana Republic for immediately crediting me back the $5.00, and explaining that they will reach out to UPS to remind them of the contract and not charge their customers to pick up packages. So frustrating, yet, happy that Banana's customer service was awesome. read more

This place is just fantastic. I do most of my shopping online, which means I do a lot of my returns for Zappos and Old Navy, etc, via UPS. This location is very convenient and the customer service is always friendly, fast and efficient whether I am just dropping off a box or package to return or in need of my own packaging and supplies. And if I am sending my own parcels, the staff is always helpful suggesting the most cost-efficient packaging and method of delivery. I've yet to have a bad or even mediocre experience. read more

1) Phone call to the location is picked up directly by an employee and not an automated phone tree maze like FedEx. Employee was able to advise on packaging material availability and approximate cost. (Packaging estimate was spot on.) 2) Younger employee with colorful hair was very helpful in getting an oddly shaped heavy object packed and shipped. read more

I was price gouged here. Online printing price for plain black&white is 15 cents per page. I was charged 1 dollar per page. When I called the store to ask about this the manager had "just left". I called UPS Store customer support and I was told they do not regulate the prices charged for walk-in customers. read more

Great store. Really good location too. Down the road from the business district where I work and it's close to a lot of restaurants. So I can just come and drop off a package, and then get lunch down the street. Very convenient. Staff is very friendly and I usually have the labels printed before I come in, so they just scan it, I get a receipt, and I'm out of there in no time. read more

If you are thinking of using this store, think again! After my recent experience I call upon UPS to take back this store from it's current franchisee and it's employees and fire them all! I brought in collectables I was sending home. I needed them packed and shipped. These guys couldn't pack a box correctly and safely if their lives depended on it! Not to mention dropping several fragile items multiple times before they even got in a box! Many of the items I had them pack arrived broken and I have the lovely task of dealing with UPS insurance. If you really value your items DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE! They simply don't give a damn! Do yourself a favor SKIP THIS PLACE!!! It is truly awful. read more
