The guy was smooth and attentive to keep everything moving effortlessly. He disassembled a lamp to see if it would fit into a certain box he had in mind. He weighed the lamp and told me he would take care of the rest. He sent me on my way. I paid for Tuesday delivery and the lamp arrived in Portland by Friday, very early, which means he finished the packing and it went out the same day. Get customer service! Get attitude and work ethic. I wish every FedEx was like this one!

The packages were marked with Fragile stickers and he kept throwing it on the floor after scanning. The owner was present at the time and I complained about the employees unusual behavior and his response was that I didn't see him doing that. I will file a formal complain with UPS corporate and will file damage charges again the store. God knows what's going on there both with the owner and the employees. Be careful leaving fragile items at the store as you never know who's handling it.

I highly recommend this company! The best part is that they drive to your location so you don't have to transport your heavy machinery in your car, if it even fits in your car.
