They said $90 and to come back on Saturday 9/5/26; the ticket said Saturday hours are 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. I went there Saturday 9/5/26 at 4:30 and discovered they decided to CLOSE for the weekend and Monday without ever telling me, so now I had no chance to get my dresses before leaving town on Monday 9/7/26. After I returned, today I went to the cleaners and told them how they screwed me and asked them to make it better - they said nothing. I asked Please take $50 off and the annoyed man said, "Pay $80" That's horrible. $10 off for leaving a 30-year client hanging with no dresses for a major event?? I probably should have made more of a fuss, but I will probably just look for a new cleaners.

Mr. and Mrs. Park are the most courteous with how they treat their customers; many that have been with them for decades. They don't just do dry cleaning, but alterations as well. I've personally had them stitch up and/or alter very expensive garments of mine that exceed even my expectations. When your clothes dry cleaned, you get exactly what you pay for, you do NOT sacrifice quality by coming here. Parking is ample here though it's at the corner of the strip mall, but you can always find parking. If you do come here, please tell them Jeff and/or Eddy sent you - you will not be disappointed as I never have been as well. If it's not broken, don't fix it, this place has been around for a while and there is a reason why people keep coming back. I would give them six stars if I could. Side note: to the reviewers below that left a single star, take note that if something isn't done right or if you notice a stain - tell them prior to leaving and also inspect before you drop off your items. They always make it right, I've never heard of said described of them not willing to fix an issue at hand.

A warning to all brides. It's taken me a while to write this, partly because I truly hoped it could…read morebe resolved privately, and because the whole experience has left me heartbroken. In May, I dropped off my one-of-a-kind vintage wedding dress at Maria's. I had a personal connection to the family, and previous work had been fine. I asked for simple spot cleaning and steaming, and was told they'd call when it was ready. No rush at all. Two weeks later, I was suddenly told it was done and asked to pick it up quickly because it was taking up space. I paid cash and left. When I got it home, I was in disbelief. The internal structure had been cut away, the fabric looked pressed and damaged, and there were safety pins in multiple places that made no sense. I was devastated. I took photos and went back on Monday. Jose told me the owner was in Mexico. Later, I learned the business had just changed hands and the new owner had switched cleaners. I calmly asked for help, repair or reimbursement. I was told they were not responsible. That was repeated. I tried to handle this privately, offered reasonable options, and got nowhere. I was left scrambling to save my irreplaceable wedding dress just weeks before the wedding. They wouldn't even give me a refund. I've spend many nights crying over this situation that has yet been resolved.

When I came to pick them up, I tried every item on and they fit as expected! I was so delighted with the work that I just returned from my second drop off of 5 pairs of jeans, corduroy holiday pants and a dress. If you come to Luis (owner of Mike's Custom) you will have the chance to try on your items, talk through the alterations, discuss the pricing on each item and then show up within a week to pick up! He takes cash/check (which was easy to produce) and delivers incredible service!
