In order to re-do the repair, the seamstress demanded that I purchase the thread. The spool was insufficient and the work remains incomplete. When contacted by phone the seamstress abruptly says she does not have time to purchase additional thread and disconnects the call. Full cash payment is required before work is performed.

Most recently, the lower half of my jeans was altered incorrectly and ended up too tight. When I raised this issue, she became upset and claimed I had gained weight, which is not true. She also accused me of not wanting to pay, despite the fact that I have always paid on time and do not owe her anything. Instead of addressing the problem, she insisted the work was correct, kept the additional charges, and told me not to return. This behavior was unprofessional and inappropriate, particularly in response to a reasonable complaint.
