She's done several bridesmaid's dresses for me, too, and did my mom's MOB dress for my brother's wedding. This is a family business and they will work extremely hard to be sure you are happy. I once had to have a complicated dress ready in under two days and she did it without charging me extra for what I'm sure was work that required long hours. If you are ever in a jam, she will help you out. And, it won't be nearly as expensive as the bridal shops. I've never once had her and her family be anything but very kind to me with excellent quality work to boot.

I took in a bridesmaid dress that needed shoulder work and the length needed to be shortened & they did an amazing job! I used to take all my suit/shirt alterations to Chicago but my guy left so I figured I would give Ruby a shot. So far they have been just as good as my guy in Chicago. I have not used them for dry cleaning just yet but I may switch this as well.

When I asked for the garments to be bagged individually to keep them properly protected, they refused unless I paid an extra 10¢ per bag. After already paying around $50 for the service, having the manager, Siraj Patel, argue with me over a few cents was completely absurd. His attitude throughout the entire interaction was exceptionally rude and unhelpful. Between the lazy packaging, nickel-and-diming over pennies, and terrible customer care, they clearly do not value their customers or respect their clothing. I don't recommend to use them.

I told them it is a cheap, medium sized rug, and they told me it would be around 20 dollars so I brought the rug right over to the place and reconfirmed with the girl at the cashier that it will be around 20 dollars. She told me it would be ready in 2 weeks. After 3 weeks, I got a call from them saying that the rug is ready for pick up but the cost is $150. They told me it was originally $200 but they bargained it down to $150. I was completely dumbfounded and asked them why they told me it would cost $20 when I was dropping it off. The owner's response was that the girl is "just a worker" and doesn't know about pricing. I told her that I will not pay $150 for dry cleaning a $90 rug, and insisted that I would have either thrown it out or cleaned it myself if I knew it would cost that much. She asked me if they should throw away the rug then and I told them to do so. So there goes my rug and I learned a valuable lesson not to go back to this place ever again.
