I just had a dress altered slightly (the fit was fine, but the cleavage area just had a piece of mesh instead of a full coverage bodice all the way across; my mom and I bought a piece of fabric to match and brought it down to see what could be done with it. She did a beautiful job taking apart that bit of the bodice, adding a layer of the fabric between the two layers of mesh and resewing it, all for a very reasonable price. Since this will be worn to a wedding, I wanted to look my best and be comfortable as well, and now I will! Thank you for so many years of service!

This company is set up to do dry cleaning in bulk, so if you have alterations, spot cleaning, leather cleaning or other specialty jobs that need doing, they can do it, but it takes a little longer. That being said, the provide an excellent service if you need to launder something on a regular basis. My shirts are crisp, starched, and fresh when I receive them. Items they can't quite get spotless are marked, and if applicable, you aren't charged for jobs they can't complete. The staff is friendly, and will remember you if you are regular, which is cool, considering the volume of business they enjoy. Well worth your business if you need same-day dry cleaning: get it in by 9AM, pick it up after 5PM :)

That seemed low to me but, that's what was verbally quoted so, we decided to go with them. We were getting ready to leave for vacation and we had already brought them in so, my husband reluctantly agrees to pay it. We asked when they would be ready and she tells us it will be several WEEKS because they don't clean the rugs, they send them out!! We finally picked them up yesterday and they are DIRTIER now than when we took them in!!! We were charged $350 for THIS???? My husband called today and they told him to bring them back. For what? To make them even dirtier?? I question if they ever sent them out at all. They don't even smell clean.

If you've been there before, you can maybe see the other reviewer's point about the owner's humor. He's super dry and English is his second language, so I can completely see him pointing to the comforters as a way of answering the question "do you clean comforters?". I can see how some people would consider that bad customer service. I, on the other hand, have been able to see him over the years offer my daughter lollipops and make fun of my bad parking in front of his store, so I have a different appreciation of his dry humor.
