A joyful, welcoming laundry experience thanks to Renee!…read more I found Fast and Fresh Laundry online and decided to make the drive from Glen Ellyn to visit my son and do his laundry. I am so glad I did! From the moment I walked in, I was struck by how welcoming and joyful the environment was. Renee was the attendant on duty, and she is absolutely wonderful. Her nature is so helpful, professional, and warm. She thoroughly explained the process for using the machines and made sure I had everything I needed. The entire experience was fantastic, not only because of the great facilities but because of Renee's kind, friendly service. The laundromat itself is very clean and well-maintained, and I felt completely safe the entire time. It's a joyful and friendly atmosphere that made a chore feel more like a pleasant stop during my visit. If I'm ever in the area again, I will absolutely stop by just to say hi, even if I don't have any laundry to do. Do yourself a favor and go to Fast and Fresh Laundry--you will feel right at home!

When I asked the women when I could pick it up Friday she said anytime it would be ready by the the morning. Friday morning comes around and I go to pick up the dress. When I get to the store it is sitting balled up in a hamper in the front of the store. The man tells me it isn't ready yet. I ask him when it would be ready because I had to leave on a flight for that wedding later this afternoon. He tells me 1pm so I ask him again if he's sure it will be done by 1 and he takes it out of the hamper tosses it over a hanger and hands it to me then proceeds to tell me it is done now and that I am to pay for the hem only and that it is $65 dollars!!!!! It was beyond wrinkled and still had strings hanging from it. I took the dress and drove it to HighPoint cleaners in Romeoville who graciously pressed it for me and had it ready by noon that day!

The first time was over the summer when a button came off my granddaughter's summer dress and it wasn't something I could fix. I went there and was very specific that I wanted both straps to match with the same button and it was okay to replace the existing button so they matched. I picked up the dress and she put a random button on the one that needed replacing and they did not match. it looked horrible. I asked her about it and she said she didn't have 2 in the store that matched. I should have been called and not charged $12.00. The second disappointment was on Saturday when I picked up my grandson's hoodie that had a rip across the front on top of where the hands go in the side pockets. the thread had unraveled. it needed to be done with a machine and she said no problem when I dropped it off. When I picked it up, it was very noticeably crooked and when I told her she just shrugged. My family and I will not be returning for any type of service here.
