When I opened the bag it was wet and almost had a slimy feel to it. I called and they were closed. I took it back next time I made it to the area and the wife told me she believed it was because they leave it by the window and maybe the bag had gotten moisture from the quick temperature changes. She told me she'd call after they try to fix it. No call. I went in to pick it up and they did try to clean it but it still has some residual spots. At this point she informed it was my fault because I probably got it wet or left it sit in the car. She continued on to inform her husband thinks I am a liar that I did something to the pillow. Placed my white comforter in the dryer and black marks shaped just like the inside of the dryer was all over my comforter! I showed the worker Anna and she stated that it doesn't look like it was the dryer ! I asked her to call the owner and at 1st she said they were out of the country- then she stated they wouldn't answer if she called - lastly write down my name and number and they will contact me back in 2 weeks! Well guess what- as I'm taking pictures of my comforter the owner calls in and request to speak with me! He took no accountability for this what so ever! advised me he has to check the cameras and how do he know I didn't come in with my comforter like that already! I advised him I washed and dried here - my comforter was fine before I placed it in these raggedy dryers! Every other dryer is broke - has a sign, a whole row of washers was gone - with hoses hanging every where! Two isles had puddles of water leaking from other washers! Had I seen this before I washed my comforter- I would have never proceeded to do so! I will NEVER support this business again and I will be taking my complaint to the BBB as well
