After 10 mins I contact the number posted in case of any issues and Henry (who stated he was the owner) answered the phone. He was really condescending when I was explaining what the issue was and asked if I could send a video. I then asked if he had someone on duty and for the 3rd time he repeated it how it was a Sunday and that was a good enough reason why no one was on location. Although the laundromat is open for business on a Sunday evening which is when most people wash. He was really nasty about the whole situation as if I was being a bother or if it was to his surprise someone was having an issue with the washing machines when half the laundromat is filled with machines with " out of service" labels tapped to them. He then abruptly stated how he would be at the location in an hour and this was at 8:17pm and he has yet to show. There was however a "volunteer" sleeping in the back who couldn't offer much assistance in the matter. Henry has the poorest customer service as a business owner servicing the community and I wouldn't recommend anyone coming to this piece of laundromat. He was adamant about having two locations this one for whatever reason seems to be an abandoned establishment while open to the public but no attendant on duty. Do better or close it down Henry with the poor customer service skills and horrible attitude!

I trusted the dry cleaners to wash my comforter since the directions say "dry clean only" and unfortunately I am out hundreds of dollars now. Very poor customer service and customer satisfaction. It cost $54 to get the "dry cleaning done" and hundreds more to have a bedset that actually fits my bed.

Well long story short, I dropped my husband's slacks, work shirts, and some ties off there for cleaning. I did on a Friday and they told me that they could have it back on Monday. Since it was causal Friday, I told them I need it before Monday. They said no problem and pointed to the sign saying " On site dry cleaning". Since I don't do dry cleaning I can't compare prices. I did ask for a price sheet and they told me they didn't have one. I haven't been back since, but if I am in a pinch I wouldn't hesitate to drop them off again.
