Needed to wash some Cuddle duds Comforters and my washer is not large enough. Found this laundry close to home. Now washers and dryers use refillable laundry cards instead of money. The attendant was great! Very helpful, and laundry was immaculate. Washers and dryers are spotless also! If you have to do laundry, this is definitely the place. I love coming here, prices are reasonable and machines are clean. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I've not used any drop off services yet but I do love that they have they available if you need it. My biggest plus is they don't use quarters you buy one of their cards to use on all the machines. read more

SELF CARE at its finest!! Here is why: Affordable! Ok, that is a no brainer. I had so many things to wash after our home sale and I could NOT keep up, even as a homemaker. Completed! Right, so you mean, they wash, dry, fold (IMPECCABLY), so I can use all of that time to build MY new business and make money? CHECK! Coffee, that is delicious! Heck, I think I go for the coffee first! Rosy, awwwww, Rosy is the attendant I see the most. She was actually the first person with whom I spoke BEFORE I decided on which place to go. She clinched it... During a very stressful time of selling my home, she helped me decide to actually bring the family's clothes there, without guilt. I LOVE being a homemaker, but... truth be told, i was being buried alive (FACT) by the laundry. I love this place ESPECIALLY during the holidays, when I have 3 times as many tasks on my plate! The staff is amazing and it is lovely when they know you and have conversations with you, because they are invested in their work... like a Bartender for clothes.... A Clothestender? LOL It is not just laundry to me, it is one the many ways I contribute at home. To not feel overwhelmed, I had to bring my things there. I use them almost once a month now... The women who work here are amazing! They will show you everything that you need to know with kindness & offer coffee, tea or water... do airlines even do that anymore? I use to absolutely hate going to the laundromat, then I met Hannah, her attention to detail, lovely demeanor is uncommon! This place is immaculate, floors, tables, washing machines cleaned sanitized regularly. I use to wait weeks to do my laundry, now I'm weekly, my laundry has never looked better & I so enjoy the company! read more

Wash & Dry at your own risk!! I have been a long time customer at this laundromat, and I was very disappointed last week when half of my children summer clothes were ruined in one of there dryers. At first they took responsibility but decided once they couldn't get the tar-like substance out of my clothes that it must have been something I did....really?!? How rude!! There were witnesses that saw the whole thing as a matter of fact one lady went over to tell the attendee before I even had a chance to say anything........Not one time did anyone including the owner offer an apology and to an insult to injury the owner gave me a $10 refund on a laundry card!! Yea, that won't help me to replaced the damaged clothes!! read more

When my dryer broke I needed to find a place to do my laundry over the thanksgiving weekend. I found this place online and it has good reviews so I came in... I was very happy with my experience here. The staff was kind and helpful, the place is clean and has books for kids to read and take home if they want, WiFi. Most importantly it was CLEAN. Highly recommend. You also can drop off but when you can get multiple loads done at once and watch Netflix I don't mind waiting. read more

I live in North Aurora and drive a little longer to do my laundry here every week since the place by me is so dirty. This place is affordable, CLEAN, and when I go it's not very busy so I always get machines! I love doing my laundry here. They use the card system so no pesky quarters to deal with. You can load the card with cash or card. They always have attendants as well to help you! This place is so great and I'm happy there's such a nice, clean and friendly place to do my laundry! read more

A coworker recommended this place when my house went on the market and I kept getting kicked out of my house when I needed to do laundry. Clean, friendly and not shady like some laundry facilities. It would get 5 stars if they made the aisle slightly wider - it gets to be a tight squeeze when busy. A tad expensive as well but I suppose you're paying for convenience and probably higher retail rent because the neighborhood isn't sketchy. read more

Washing machine broke so off to the laundromat- we have two daughters so clothes pile up quickly. Sounds strange to say, but this is a great place to wash clothes. Awesome, clean and worth the money! Our washer broke and I needed to wash four baskets of clothes. I did four huge baskets, with a comforter, in 2 hours and for about $20.00. I needed four washers and two dryers. The dryers are really cheap. For $1.00, I dried two washer of clothes! They have free wi-fi and the owner helped me, when I walked in. They have a card system, which is really cool! If you need to wash clothes, go to this laundromat! read more

Fast Lane is a really good place to do your laundry because it has a good number of over-sized washers and dryers, the payment system is through a special card that you purchase and load through cash or credit, there are a good number of seats and tables for folding your items, and there is usually at least one staff person working on site. We've noticed that the dispensers internal to the washing machines are often quite dirty, but other than that this laundromat is relatively clean. It also helps that this place is in a stripmall with a market, an ice cream place, and a Subway restaurant. Lots of parking is shared with other shops. read more

I use their drop off service for my wellness clinic laundry. The staff is unbelievably friendly, professional, efficient, and accommodating. Very clean well lit facility. One time I came and did the laundry myself, the staff happily walked me through the vending card process and were extremely hard working and helpful. I would not go anywhere else. read more
