Had a bad experience tonight for the first time. The hours on the door say the last wash is at 9pm but there was this young girl that told me that the door signage wasn't right and to ignore it, and when I asked her what time do they take the last wash she says " ummm " then tells me 8:40pm. And I'm literally at the the money machine at 8:44pm getting coins to wash a small load of towels. I even told her I was in here I was getting coins and she still says no to me. I wasn't happy at all and I usually really enjoy this laundromat. If the hours are wrong there should be something to disclose that information. read more

I went on 10/03/2025 The sign outside says last load to wash is 9:00pm we got here 8:45pm.... The worker told us that supposedly The times have changed which I didn't believe I'm not coming here again she was rude please update your sign if your "times" have changed. If I can give a 0 I would that's so rude for no reason. read more

I love the fact that they keep this laundry room clean The one in Wesr chicago is much better and the prices lower This mega grande has a place for adult only which you can go inside watch tv and get a message with the massage chairs with a coin Price I love the bathrooms they have very fancy sinks and nice decor read more

There was a fire here and my daughter's clothes got damaged. I contacted Mason's Properties multiple times and nobody ever called me back or tried to reach out. I'm officially done with this place! There's a better laundromat in sycamore with machines that don't catch on fire I'm never coming here again. These people don't care about their customers! read more

Unbelievable. Free Wi-Fi. Popcorn. Cheap soda machine. Everything is spotless. The bathroom was nicer than some 4 star hotels. Plenty of machines. Big dryers too. read more

Funny as the business is "unclaimed" , well nothing has gotten resolved. Signs were put up stating "drop off", load/unload and STILL people block the entryway. I know they can read. Now signs say violators will be towed!! That's a joke. The owner Mason Properties doesn't care about this business, it's a $$$ maker for him. It's going downhill fast......won't be long before something bad happens. I'm doing my laundry elsewhere. It's so sad that MONEY IS ROOT OF ALL EVIL. read more

This is the best laundromat that I have ever gone to. It is always very clean everywhere, General Areas, Machines, Bathrooms. The attendant's are always friendly and helpful. This place would get 5 stars but there seems to be an issue on Sunday's. Whoever the attendant is suppose to be shows up late frequently. There has been a decent amount of turnover in attendants, but it didn't matter who. Maybe they should change their Sunday hours I'd they can't hire someone to show up to open on time. read more

**UPDATE - Nov. 12, 2017 ** I decided to give this place a second chance. It has been several months since my first bad experience here. First off, they have a bill changing machine, put in one twenty and get four fives. Nice feature if it was working. Another machine that gives quarters was also out of service. I had a $20 and could only get $1 coins. Bad thing about this is that a wash is $3.50. How am I supposed to get quarters if their machines don't work. No one working there and a bunch of signs up that say they don't give change. I got fed up and walked out. Stay away from this place. It may sound silly, but I was looking forward to trying the new laundromat; sadly, I am not impressed. 1. Came into the laundromat and walked to the smaller machines. There are two rows of machines, as I entered one of the rows, an employee told me I couldn't go in that area, she was about to mop the floor. Excuse me? About to mop the floor? Not cautioning me on a possibly slippery floor, but telling me not to use it as it would be mopped soon. This would have been alright if she hadn't been exceptionally rude about it. 2. I went to the other row of small machines and the same employee tried to tell me to use the larger machines. She didn't give a reason, just told me to use different machines. I asked if the small machines were working and she said yes. 3. The machines are new and shiny, but never indicated when to add bleach. There's a set of directions that indicate "fill washer, add detergent, select cycle, add money, push start. When the add bleach light comes on, add bleach." Since this was my first trip to this laundromat, I stood in front of the machines to wait for the light to come on. The was cycle was 30 minutes, but the bleach light never came on. I told the same employee about it and she told me that I must not have been standing in front of the machine, I should have watched." Excuse me?!?! I was standing in front of the machine for all of those 30 minutes and the add bleach light never came on. I told her that and she started telling me that it should have come on at 28 minutes left. She then launched into why the light was important because all bleaches are different. 4. Amazingly few places to sit down. 5. The only good thing is one of the two change machines gives dollar coins. This is what earns the one star rating. Note to a new business, you're goal is to impress customers and have them return; not piss them off. read more

Went in on Saturday night. Very clean place, cleanest laundromat I've ever been to! Very friendly people! And just love that dollar store is right next door. I had forgotten fabric softener and went next door for it! And I love the little change cups they have too! Will definitely be back soon! read more

Nice TVs, free popcorn (individually bagged), kids area, games, and clean bathrooms. Bad experience. We had the urge to wash clothes outside because ours was damaged. We go to this place, we put the clothes and in an extraordinary situation the washing machine had to be stopped twice. One to check two pieces of clothing and the other because a piece was left outside. That made it automatically stop working and asked me for the money again. Now everything begins. We spoke with the person in charge and in summary: 1- He repeated to us like 30 times that the button said only 1 time. Which is not true because it does not say it. It does not indicate anywhere in the washing machine how many times it can be done or how many times it can not. That is, treated as ignorant, as if we did not know how to read. 2- The person in charge looked in the washing machine in the ones next door, in the back ones and could not find the information that she was looking for. If she did not know what works there, except for us. 3- He treated us as crooks. A total lack of respect. 4- He told us that 10.00 dollars were nothing. That is, if it was nothing because he did not take them out of his wallet and give them to me. Another lack of respect 5-That we were the next day to complain because she could not do anything but that nothing was going to happen because they were not going to return the money. What a great help! Finally, at the insistence of us, he called the owner, which I did not want to do either. He told him his way because at a distance he was not able to listen to what he was saying. Obviously asked about the notice or sign that said there would be no refund if you stopped the washing machine twice because it immediately went to show where it was. What he wants is TO WASH YOUR CLOTHES. It was so easy to put it to wash again. The person in charge is an incompetent to say, that she could not do anything, that she did not work with money that we had to pay and that the next day we made the claim to the owner but we were not going to receive the money.
