So I was living in an apartment that didn't have a washer/dryer and I've used JetXpress Laundry for all my laundry needs. When I was traveling around the U.S. (and then some) for security conferences and security site reviews, I would drop off 20-30+ lbs of laundry, sometimes really sweaty workout t-shirts, clothes that could almost walk by itself and more than occasions, a few pairs of 5.11 pants that were so caked in mud that I thought they were completely trashed, but fear not... These instances were no challenge for the staff at JetXpress Laundry. Just like the sign says at the door, two minutes to drop off laundry and two minutes to pick it up again. The turnarounds were never an issue, and sometimes when I knew I might have to jet out someplace, and didn't take care of my laundry, they were able to wash and fold it often within the same day. The staff is always friendly and would challenge my Rosetta Stone Spanish skills while I was dropping off laundry and picking it up again. An added plus is that they accept credit and debit cards unlike some of the other drop-off laundry locations around Elgin and Dundee. You wouldn't go wrong bringing your laundry to JetXpress, just look at all the other five-star reviews and see why! read more

Super nice. Super clean. Occasional language barriers, but if you go during the prime time it's never a problem. Affordable and reliable.

If you are busy, you can drop your laundry off here and have it ready and clean in a couple of hours. They send you a message when your clothes is ready. Staff is friendly, and the place is clean. Price is great too. read more

I've been coming here for at least 6 years. It's affordable and very clean! I like that laundry cards are used for the machines, easy to load it up with cash/debit/credit card. But I seriously love that it's not crowded in the mornings and that the ladies that work here are very helpful with any issues with the machines. One time, I used a washer that wouldn't start and it took money off of my laundry card, like $10 bucks (only because I kept trying to restart it on my own before asking for help) No problem, the lady provided me a new machine and started it, she called her manager (I'm assuming) and the money was back on my card in a couple of days. I will keep coming back here because it hasn't changed in 6 years and I hope it stays that way too!! read more

This is a great location! I loved getting my laundry done here before I moved. Every time I've been there has been enough machines available, and the staff is really friendly. The cards to load up with cash/credit card/debit card are really easy to use. It was definitely reasonably priced, and it was really nice to dry for free. read more

I love it here. it's clean and the staff try their best to help. The it problem is the money transfer to the card. It usually doesn't read the debit/credit cards and it can potentially deactivate the credit/debit cards if you try many times to have money transfer to your laundry card. So personally I bring cash it's faster. read more

I just dropped off our laundry. Our LG washer broke down and needs a part ordered. This facility was a life saver. A week's worth of laundry for 3 people, for 30 bucks! Very nice clean place and nice service. There is no parking in front, but the parking in the back is spacious and perfect for hauling bags of laundry. read more

Super clean! I have been here twice now with a ton of laundry to drop off and the ladies that work there are always super nice! They were able to wash and fold what had to be like 8 loads of laundry in about 3 hours. Great service and very nice employees! read more

I really like this laundromat here. It is huge, there are enough machines and you always get to find one even though it always looks really crowded. You can also drop off and pick up your laundry here, which they charge a min 10 lb laundry ~ $10 atleast. I can see myself doing that when I don't have time, but it's a good place to go. read more

This was my first visit, I walked in and the attendant walked me through the WHOLE process. Helped me pick out the correct size washer, changed my quarters to cash, and helped me create a washing card. It was busy at 9:00am on a Sunday but not so busy I couldn't find a washer or chair to sit in. I'm very impressed with this facility! read more

A SINGLE MANS BEST FRIEND!! Used to go and do myself it would cost me an hour in a half and 15.00 bucks. Never again 19.00 drop off pick up later really!! No brainer here place is always spotless 2 girls at counter so friendly. Extremely well run open till midnight as well. read more

This laundry mat is great. It is clean, comfortable, has free wifi, big screen TV's and the employees are so polite. It even has descent vending machine food. I washed my filthy outdoor couch covers in one of their gigantic washers and they look new. The dryer was free with the washer price. The laundry mat is set back but there is a large sign on rt 25 going north. It is also automated with an advanced card system. And they are open from 5 am to midnight making it convenient for me. I will absolutely us this laundry mat again. read more

This place is SUPER clean! This was our first time using JetXpress, and we will definitely use them again. Attendant was very helpful, as she informed us she was there if we had any questions about setting up a card or using the machines. Free WiFi, and a couple of TV's. We needed to wash some King Size comforters and their big machines did a great job! Drying time is included with each load you wash. They have plenty of carts to take your load to your car. Again I will stress, this place is spotless! We will definitely use them again. read more
