I am from out of town (hey Chicagoland is a big place). My husband and I needed to do laundry after weeks of camping. I googled and was then recommended this laundromat. It is bright, clean, quiet, and staffed. They do have several sizes of machines ranging in price from $3.75 to 11.00 wash. (11 is like a Ferris wheel!) drying is .75 per 13 minutes. Dryers are hot and 13-20 mins is good to go even for towels. Carts are readily available. Clean floor if you drop something. Everyone has access to folding area. Bathrooms are clean but need a swipe from an attendant. Vending machines available and reasonably priced. Tv is on low if you're interested, background music is low. Chickens play area. Several walls of washers and dryers. I got 10 loads done in 2 hours! Spendy ok, but have you ever hand washed 10 loads... let's weigh the options here. Detergent is available, bleach, oxi clean, and even laundry bags... all for a small price. Also have drop off service. It is credit card or add dollars to a swipe. My cc didn't like the 10+ authorizations. Definitely a non creepy, bright light, reasonably busy on a Saturday laundromat. Would recommend. read more

Upscale(ish) laundromat with good equipment. No attendant when I was here, but it's unnecessary. Seems all the machines worked too. Nothing broken. Tip? Leave your cash and quarters at home, the machines only take plastic. read more

Clean and a variety of size machines. Expensive but I'm sure it's probably the going rate. ! BIG concern ! They open at 6am everyday. I get there early so the last two Saturdays the doors are wide open! Great place for creeps to hide and get hurt! Management - train your employees to do better. Make safety a priority. read more

Well this was the most professional laundromat I ever been in! Linda was the name of the attendant there. She explained everything about using the laundromat payment machines down to how to use the washers correctly. Also,she saved me 9% on my washes. they even have a kids play area to busy your kids while you wash your loads. read more

I used them when my dryer was down. Great laundromat, it was quick and they have plenty of machines to use for drying and washing clothes. I was only drying at this location as I was able to wash my clothes at home. They also do drop off cleaning if you chose this service but there was no need for me on this service. read more

Amazing!! Had to unexpectedly extend my trip. Needed laundry done and found this place. I was able to drop off and I got to choose what type of detergent I wanted to use. My laundry was done in 2 hours. And they shrink wrap everything and separate it by type! You would think you would pay an arm and a leg for this but nope. Very reasonable prices. The lady that was working was super friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone! You just don't find service like this anymore! I wish this business many years of success! read more

We just moved to the area, we've been looking for a nice and clean laundromat. This is the one!! We have a washer/dryer at home but not big enough to take our large comforters. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Linda! What a sweetheart! She guided me through the process on using their washers and dryers. As I walked around to check out the place, everything is very clean and new. They also have a kids play area, which is great! Every laundromat I've ever been too has been dirty and old. I always questioned the areas I was folding my clothes on. Not here, everything is sanitized and taken care of. I'm with Anderson Humane in South Elgin. Recently our shelter washer had to be "remounted" due to structural issues with the base. We were unable to use it for all the laundry at the shelter. We are running our machine round the clock to keep up with the demands of caring for all the animals. I reached out to Brian to see if he could help and boy did he come through!! He allowed us to run ALL of our laundry (10 washing machines and 20 dryers) worth and donated the costs! This was a tremendous blessing and we can't thank him enough for his help and support. I would normally not rate a laundry mat but this place is amazing. This is my 2nd time here and it's as great as the first. Very clean, wonderful staff and they make it very comfortable. Very nice and clean. I went to wash a large comforter. I used a large machine . The comforter was completely soaked when washer finished. I went back a second time and used the largest machine they had. It was even worse. Soaking wet. I had all I could do to lift it into the dryer. It took over an an 1-1/2 hours to dry. I asked the employee about it and she said it could be the material. I've taken this to other laundromats and have no issue. Won't go back. read more

Very clean and spacious-so much a priority during this pandemic! No coins needed and discount with a prepaid card, but you don't have to get their card. Love that there is a children's area. I don't have children, but I always feel for the parents who do trying to keep the kids occupied. Such a wonderful feature! This laundromat is super clean, large equipment and if I had to grade it I would give it an "A". Their service is beyond helpful and my experience was great. My wife, daughter and I drove all the way out from DeKalb, Illinois to check it out and we were not disappointedly the least bit . They do everything to keep you feeling safe and comfortable in their establishment the cleanliness is second to none also they added a play area where my daughter had a blast and multiple televisions for adult entertainment . I have never seen a place cleaner than this one. The staff was super friendly and nice! They greeted me as I walked through the door with such a warm welcome. Brian which is owner was so generous he even gave me a discount on the machines for being so nice to the entire staff. Lacy helped me out with any questions that I had and Michelle helped me get started with the laundromat card. This place is so awesome if you have kids they have a play area so you can still do your laundry while they play. I thought this place had just open but it's been open over a year and it still looks new and clean. I hate doing laundry, but when I go here I'm excited to do it plus they have vending machines with tv in case you are hungry or bored.
