They make you sign a waiver, which most places do, but it looked like a Rottweiler handled these. The sweater was only worn once and was soft with no piling when I dropped it off. When I got it back the fabric was piling and falling apart. It wasn't a great quality sweater but when I returned to show them what I found I was told that it was my fault for buying polyester instead of wool and that it would have fallen apart at some point anyways so it's not their fault. Needless to say I left absolutely shocked. As a professional dry cleaning service they know fabric and if you know a fabric can't handle a service why would you continue to service it with risk of ruining it. The professionalism and customer service deserves 0/10.
