Best coin laundry I have ever been to. I have been coming here for about 10 years. It is always clean, the machines are clean and well maintained. There is always an attendant and they are very helpful. They helped me out to my car when I had an injury. Plenty of washers, dryers and carts. I've been coming here for almost 2 years and the 1 day I am drying 7am at opening I get harassed by male owner asking me if I am only drying today. I said no I'll be back. He watched me load 3 dryers and asked "are you done or do you have more?" I replied "I'm done now but I'll be back later". Then he said "washing customers are priority for dryers". There is only me and 1 other family in here who was just loading a wash. No one else is drying. Look it's too early in the morning to be bothering people about washing/drying clothes. There is no sign you have to wash with every dry or that your washing and drying have to occur on the same day. I had a death in the family and had to leave yesterday without drying so I came back at opening when it was empty to be harassed and watched. read more

First time washing here and I was greatly impressed. Went in early Sunday morning, little after 6am, after my usual spot was still closed. Soon as I walked in, I was super impressed with how clean it is. Also, felt really good seeing all the costumers and employees wearing their face masks, something my old spot clearly would not enforce. Their card system is really cool, more convenient than coins. Absolutely the best laundromat I've ever been to! I used to come here to do my laundry, and used WiFi to do homework while I was there. Always clean, has multiple employees available at all times, unlike other places that are completely empty. I now have them wash my clothes for me. It's very cost effective compared to the price of going to a laundromat. I love this service. I drop off my laundry every Week. Most of the time they tell me when it is going to be ready and it is always much earlier than when they quote. They underpromise and overdeliver for sure! Nothing better than picking up my clothes to find my socks neatly folded and underwear folded too! Even I don't do that! I love that they email as soon as the order is ready for pick up. read more

This is a bit of a drive for me but worth every mile. They have a huge gigantic washing machine that can do 16 loads and every single one of their machines washes your clothes to perfection. Did I mention they have free drying, mini arcade, vending machines, gum all machines and a mini convenience store inside. Staff is super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend! read more

I unfortunately bought a lovely comforter that is too big to be washed in our own washer/dryer. I had no idea how I was going to clean it, when I drove past this place. I have never done a drop off service before and decided to try it. These people were great! Dropped my comforter off at 11am they had it cleaned by 1:30pm. And they even sent me an email to let me know when it was clean. Super nice, friendly, professional. So glad I found a place like this. read more

This is a really great laundromat!! It's very clean! Plenty of washers, dryers, carts and folding stations. They have a gigantic washing machine for those really big heavy down comforters all the way down to a normal top loader, so there's a machine size for everything you need. FREE Wi-Fi is great if u need to work while there! Friendly, safe environment, couple of flat screens to entertain you or ur kids. I normally don't get excited about laundromats but this one definitely goes above and beyond to make the experience a lot more manageable and pleasant! read more

Clean - as soon as someone was done with a machine, an employee wiped it down. The floor was swept and mopped as needed to keep it free of debris. Nice! Well-maintained washers and dryers. We used the Giant washing machine and 4 other large washers. Got laundry done in a little under an hour. Friendly, professional employees - 1st time ever at a laundromat and so we had a lot of questions which were all patiently answered. Well-positioned folding areas. Free wifi!! read more

I was a little hesitant to try this place because of location. I have been going to same laundromat in Oswego for 4 years. I am so glad I did. The place is clean, employees are wonderful and it's cheaper. My clothes smell clean and not burnt by dryer. I have gone twice and have had no problems getting machines. Small parking so it looks very busy but inside plenty of room. I love the huge machine. It is further away but I am now a customer. read more

Wow, I had the opposite experience. I was harassed by one of the workers here. He tried to humiliate me by accusing me of drying my clothes and washing at home lol. I laughed at first because I thought he was kidding. He saw me washing my clothes but he tried to discourage me from coming in there because of the color of my skin. I got the police involved...in process of of filing a law suit. read more

The service was excellent and everyone was very helpful and friendly. Very well run and clean facility.

The place its self is fine. The machines are on the pricer side but it makes sense since the dryer is free, however ,God forbid your card gets stolen. The staff there will just do the bare minimum to "look" for your card and tell you there is nothing they can do and go back to just standing there. I had no problems prior to this but now my trip to do laundry cost me 45 dollars!?? They need better staff. read more
