New management (lady) is rude and not friendly. Ruined my brand new shirt and offered no consolation or compensation. She said I should have paid the uplift cost of hand iron or dry clean vs press. I had all my shirts pressed in the past with no issues. Pass on this cleaners. read more

We've been using Sims for a couple years and I was almost ready to leave after my first visit...let me clarify. I have a bit of OCD in certain aspects of my life. My shirts all face a certain direction. After my first batch of shirts came back - they were going the wrong way! Do I take them off the hangers and switch? How do I deal with this? Argh! Over the next few visits the rest of my shirts slowly migrated to the reverse direction and it became the divider between my laundered shirts and my regular shirts - sorted by color of course :-) Despite all this, Sims gets a 5-star rating because they haven't broken a button of mine yet. My previous cleaner would regularly break buttons and I think would just randomly pick out buttons regardless of how well they match. Go back to my earlier statement about OCD and this is something that'll drive a person like me crazy. I think Sims has actually fixed button mishaps from the other cleaner! I've had other random things repaired and the pricing and turnaround time are wonderful. Absolutely great people to deal with and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone. read more

Very well run, great service and excellent quality dry cleaning. I switched from Tide Dry cleaners to here because it's better work and less costly. I could careless if they have a drive thru. I took 2 pairs of jeans in to get hemmed after reading favorable reviews. I was very pleased with the end product. They charge a certain amount to hem per inch. Since they didn't need to hem as much material as we'd initially pinned, they were very honest which decreased the original amount by $10. They were also very friendly. We have used Sims Cleaners for about 20 years and have always received quality service. I enjoy talking with the owners whenever I drop off or pick up my clothes. I often travel during the week and find the need to drop off and pick up on Saturdays. As I know that this is a burden to do a big order in a single day I am amazed at how thoughtful and pleasant the owners are when I have this request and it is always met with a smile. I did so today and unfortunately drove out for the evening without picking up my clothes. When I called Sims just before closing time and apologized for forgetting, the owner offered to drive to my house and deliver my order without hesitation!
