It smells like a dry cleaner…read more.. So, Okay... I kind of like this place. It has a family run feel (but, that might be my imagination) They do a free delivery and pick up (dropped a nice bag off at my door) but I've never taken advantage of that service. Those CD One Price places don't really have such great prices on cleaned and pressed shirts and I like the way they treat me when I'm here. They also clean things that don't fit into a "one price" category like bedspreads, duvets, dust ruffles etc... If the line is two deep and I'm the second guy in line they always get someone from the back to come and help me. You pay when you pick up and there's no hassle of counting the shirts an pants before you leave. They just look at you and say "I'll take care of it".. I'm all like.. "cool!" I have a treasured brown leather jacket that needed some pocket repair, they gave me some good advice that saved me time and money.. that alone is reason to go back. The last dry cleaner that I used in Naperville (on 75th st) was cranky and didn't like anyone... I figured that I was special and that secretly; he really did like me... one day, he sold the store (didn't ask ME first!) A really nice lady took over, she remembered my name, how I like my starch etc... I didn't know what to do with myself. That's probably not going to happen here, on either extreme.. I've been waited on by no less than 3 different people... and none of them have been cranky.

While searching for a trusted cleaner near Oswego, IL, I came across ALL CLEANERS. One review caught my attention: "If you're looking for a last-minute fix, go to this place." After my experience, I can confidently say that review was absolutely right. Jose (if I remember his name correctly) and the entire team went above and beyond. Not only did he understand the urgency of our situation, but he also committed to completing everything within just a few hours--and delivered exactly as promised. The quality of the dry cleaning and steam pressing was outstanding, and every item looked perfect for the wedding. In today's world, it's rare to find a business that combines professionalism, quality, speed, and genuine customer service so well. I cannot thank the team enough for helping us during a stressful time and ensuring our family looked our best for such an important occasion. If you need dry cleaning, alterations, pressing, or any service they offer, you can count on ALL CLEANERS with complete confidence. Highly recommended! Thank you again to Jose and the entire team!

Well long story short, I dropped my husband's slacks, work shirts, and some ties off there for cleaning. I did on a Friday and they told me that they could have it back on Monday. Since it was causal Friday, I told them I need it before Monday. They said no problem and pointed to the sign saying " On site dry cleaning". Since I don't do dry cleaning I can't compare prices. I did ask for a price sheet and they told me they didn't have one. I haven't been back since, but if I am in a pinch I wouldn't hesitate to drop them off again. They are getting 5 stars for the fact they were fast and did a good job. I mean hey they had it ready in less than 8 hours!

Their recommendation was Regina. Regina's not convenient to me, but they did do a nice job, swapping out horrible brass buttons for black ones on both front and sleeve of a sport coat. I supplied the new buttons, and the charge was about $10 to both do the work and press the jacket. Not bad, I suppose. It's $1.25 for the shirts, and again, they did a fine job, even getting what I thought was maybe burned on iron residue off one of my older shirts. So will I be back? Well - short of more alterations, probably not. It took me nearly 40 minutes to get from the Rt. 59 train station to Regina on a very lightly snowing Wednesday night. (Off topic - how are people in Chicago of all places incapable of driving with not a 1/4 inch of accumulation, and only scattered flakes coming down?) So with a cleaners walking distance from my house - this will be a rare occurrence. But they still do a good job.
