Very slow service. Always short-staffed when you're either picking up or you're dropping off with long wait times. Go across the street to the other cleaners. They have more staff working there at all times and they're very fast when we're dropping off and picking up read more

No issues whatsoever. My clothes were ready the next day without being prompted. Eco-friendly and a good value.

Took clothes into cleaners on Sunday. Was told they would be ready by Monday, even has due date as Monday on ticket. leaving bad reviews makes me sad but I was very disappointed in the customer service at this location. I dropped my wedding dress off to get cleaned and preserved...they said it would take one to two weeks. The app first said it would be ready on 4/9, then 4/16, and when I called on 4/16 (bc the app hadn't updated) they said 4/19. Called 4/19 (bc the app still said 4/16) and it still wasn't ready. Called 4/21 told them this was the 3rd time I was calling, that nobody can give me a straight answer and the app still hadn't updated. They said to call the next day in the morning to talk to the manager. Called three times asking for a manager and apparently they are always on lunch or only stay for a few hours and leave. literally all they did was make excuses. Decided after that I was calling one last time and that I don't care what state my wedding dress was in that I was going to pick it up and it needed to be ready. What do you know shockingly my dress was ready for pick up after I called twice in an hour looking for the manager and telling how ridiculous their service was and that there is no manager to help. I will never go to there again. that was extremely unprofessional and very disappointing. read more

0 or negative stars actually. Worst dry cleaner in the area and needs to be closed permanently! They ruined my designer clothes multiple times(button missing for my $750 blazer/yellow oil stains on my $350 white sweater). They also send someone's designer jackets to me on accident. Worst part is, the manager and the owner don't care when they made mistakes and had no intention to correct them. The manager has a nasty attitude all the time. I even wrote an email to Tide CEO about this location but has no response. There's no option left other than report this business to better business bureau. Do NOT take your clothes here, they will ruin them for you! read more

Tide Cleaners ruined a pair of suit pants! They sent it out for repair without my request and the pants look horrible. I have left numerous messages to speak with Ricardo who will not return my calls. Maria the manager claims she knows nothing either. Avoid Tide Cleaners! read more

This is a really nice place to get your clothes professionally cleaned. They have a 24 hour pick up and payment option for great service to accommodate a busy schedule. Everyone has been extremely friendly and helpful and I am so happy to have my bedding cleaned and ready for when I switch to my summer blanket! My clothes are always like new and smell great! Price was very affordable, about $14 for a suit consisting of a blazer, pants, and white shirt. I will be using Tide for my future dry cleaning needs for sure! read more

Coupon not credited yet again. We are really getting frustrated with Tide. Been coming here for several years now. We like the orange drop-off bag and convenience, but regardless if we drop off through the drive-through or in person and explicitly tell the person on duty that there is a coupon that should be applied to our order, it's a 50/50 toss up if that happens. We are ALWAYS told that it'll be taken care of and they simply put the coupon inside our bag (which is coded to our account). This past time, I ended up picking up and absentmindedly not verifying that the coupon was applied until I got home and sure enough. NOT! We'd been told that we could ask for a quick-ticket upon drop off where they'd actually check it in with the proper count of pants, shirts, etc. and the coupon but when we tried, that resulted in an argument that no ticket was required beforehand. Not sure if this is a training issue or too busy, but upon drop off I'm patient enough to wait to ensure that things are done properly especially when we're dropping off a dozen or so pieces and are assured that it'll get applied. Lastly, we tried emailing the marketing.tlpholdings@gmail.com a week ago and have heard nothing back. read more

First time in there. Waited over 5 min in the car for valet pick up - no one came out so I walked in. Showed them my coupon - they would not accept it and told me I was to use it at drop off. I had tried and was told I show it at pick up. Was promised my dresses on 1/31 but 1 of 3 dresses was not ready until 2/2 then 2/3. Kind of disappointing for such a big brand. Not impressed. Customer service not friendly. read more

Survivor-the clothes edition. I drop off my clothes, Will I get them back? Who knows. My clothes have to outwit, outsmart all other garments to find their way back home. More than once they've lost my items. They HAVE found them however, I've had to leave and then go back after I received the call that they were found. The risk that I may never see my clothes again is just too much. You have 1 job......No thanks. read more

I use Tide constantly for wash and fold and I love it!! I do not have a washer/dryer in my apartment, so for it is seriously the best! I've had one occurrence, out of the many many times i use them, where I asked for non-scented and my clothes came back with scented laundry soap. Other than that, it takes about two days, sometimes sooner, to complete and I use the drive through to pickup my clothes. Seriously, this is laundry made easy. Also, huge shout out the Tide for cleaning my clothes during COVID19, as I work at the Sheriff's office. It's greatly appreciated read more

To Whom it may concern, My name is Aaron an I live in Naperville,IL. Currently work for local school district in which Affiliate of Tide dropped off flyer for new location an discount. Called Dry Cleaners an left message for Manager to call back. After waiting a Week for no response I called again left message an told associate if I didn't hear back by close of Business I would be calling corporate, not even 6minute passed an " Ruthej" the Mgr. Called me to say sorry busy between this location an new location .. First off if you can't take care of current customer's how are you gonna have 2 locations. He was very admit that they have been in the industry for over 35years an couldn't understand how clothing could be damaged.. My thought was I'm sure there is new associate's who haven't been in industry so mistakes can happen.. Where this went sour was after waiting a week with no response he calls to tell me drop off my damaged clothing an wait for response, due to he couldn't guarantee me a time he would be able to meet with me.. Next step was I called Corporate only to find out Ruthej was a owner so that is who they emailed, after Ruthej calling a 2nd time on a Monday nothing had changed other that now he offered me a 3 hour window 11-2pm on Tuesday so took him up on it. Called Tuesday @ 11:05am before heading out for lunch to meet at cleaners associate states Ruthej wasn't there an took my info down for him to call when he arrived.. I allowed another week to go by just to see, NO CALL!! I called corporate no lie everyday for last 2weeks with no response, so I looked up where company was out of an contacted a corporate store who gave me a district mangers #.. Follow up Review ...In Oct 22 I dropped off my Vest for an easy sew my Buckle in place it kept slipping out of place. I gave written verbal instructions to what was needed to be done. In Nov 22 I picked up my order the price was $49.76. The Manager said We don't make the prices we just send it out. I said your prices aren't posted which is Illinois law. I asked for District Manager he name was Terra she spoke to me in Dec 22 she said I was charged so much because the Buckle was replaced. I told her that's not what I asked them to do verbally nor written. And why couldn't someone call me for $49.76 that's ridiculous. Yet Terra couldn't help me and said someone would called me. A week later the Manager called me left a VMail saying price was now $39.00. I called Terra in Jan 23 she said the Marketing Company was gonna call me. I told her no one called me. Again instead of helping me she passed the Buck. I sent a certified to Hari Group the Naperville Tide Cleaners owners They sent my reply card back with no signature. No phone call no nothing. These people don't care at all. I will never ever use these people again read more

We have been trying to use the 24 hour pick up service but there is a disconnect somewhere. We have stated with every drop off that we need the clothes put in a locker. We are always told that it will not be a problem and that it is in our notes. Somehow they never make it to a locker. We have even called on our way to pick up knowing we aren't going to make it before closing just to double check that our clothes are in the locker and if they are not we ask that they please put them there. When we arrive, not in there. We have spoken to managers and still nothing. Some employees recognize us and as they take our clothes at drop off say "locker, right?" But yet they're still never put in one. I'm at a loss and can't figure out how this can be so difficult. If you REALLY need 24 hour pick up this place is not a good option. read more

Is their a rating less than zero? They have one job only. Clean stuff and get it back on time. I had a jacket and two shirts for a funeral. We explained these were needed by a certain time and date. The owner at this location is amazing. When the checkout girl didn't honor my coupon, I emailed them to express my frustration. Tide is super convenient to drop off and pick up my laundry and dry cleaning and they will wash and clean anything. They are so nice to work with and very professional. Your clothes come out clean with no issues. I felt it was important to write a review because I was wary after the 2 1/2 star rating. Then when I read the reviews it's people who didn't get to use their coupon. Is that ridiculous? I was reading the reviews to see if the clothes come out clean. Not a personal grievance about a five dollar coupon. I have also found them very generous with coupons lol. read more

If I could rate them as a ZERO, I would. They ruined $1200 worth of suits. Their customer service is AWFUL, unresponsive and you can only contact them via an email. Great Service, take my dress shirts weekly and occasionally household items. Always the way I ask, always intimate. Thanks

I recently had my clothes dry cleaned at this location and was planning on using my $5 off coupon from a prior service with them. I came in to use that coupon when I made my purchase and was told I need to bring the coupon BEFORE they complete the service and not at time of when you make your payment. I like to live on the edge, so I don't dry clean clothes that say "dry clean only." I figure that as long as you're careful, that label is mostly just a scare tactic. So, for maybe the fourth time in my life, I needed to go to the dry cleaners since I was unable to remove an impossible grease stain. Tide Dry Cleaners is unlike any dry cleaners I've ever seen. It's bright, clean, and the employees were two young guys that looked like they should be selling sweaters at the GAP, not cleaning sweaters from the GAP. They were very nice and friendly and took the time to explain their membership points program. I don't remember any of the details, but it was free so I signed up. They seem to offer a lot of options here - open 24/7, lockers, membership points, personal Tide dry cleaning bags, and a ton of services I didn't know existed. Plus, your first visit is 50% off. I paid $3 (with my discount) to dry clean a jacket hoodie here, and they got the stain out. There was no price list posted when I visited, but $6 to clean a hooded sweatshirt seems a little steep. The service is awesome here though, and I'd use Tide Dry Cleaners again. It might get a little expensive if you dry clean frequently though. read more

Be careful with any clothes that you feel are valuable when giving to these dry cleaners My child's prize position of an "Ariana Grande" top that she bought was ruined by the cleaners What is absolutely not acceptable is the response from the owners and manger of the store 1. They say the clothes where poorly made and that's why it got damaged When I asked why did you wash the clothes if you know they are poorly made and will likely damage? There response , nothing 2. When I asked what are you going to do to remedy this situation? Their response .... We are going to do nothing. When I asked the staff for a contact number for the manager... Well we don't have one he just visits What's so distressing is that I told them that the top was my kids prize possession, that she worked several months to save the $90 to get the top. And it's just not right to say you are not going to do anything about it There response ... Well we are not going to do anything about it, it was a poorly made top and it makes no difference that your kid saved the money to buy the top. From the managers perspective it's our fault for giving them the top to clean This was not an isolated incident, they damaged a sweater by causing the sleeves to rip, and charged me $10 for the privilege of having them repair it. Anyone can have an accident, but how you try to resolve the issue speaks volumes. I did inform them that I will be posting my experience online. The management response, tell who ever you want. I am beyond annoyed I wish I read the reviews before Becuase I tell you this there seems to be a common thread, they mess up its your fault. On here they will respond with something like it's not common, let's try to resolve the situation Here's a way you can resolve my situation replace my kids top, I wonder what they will actually do? I bet nothing.... If that changes I will post an update I received a response asking for my details to contact them Here is what I wrote:To whom it may concern I received a response from my Yelp review that you would like to resolve the matter in question My email is xxxxxxc@xxxxxxx.xxx At stage I feel a reasonable solution would be for you to purchase and send me the top in question Ariana Grande Bang Bang Jersey in Black Size medium Front says BANG 93 BANG Back says GRANDE 93 This can be bought from official operates One example Arianagrande.shop.bravadousa.com ---------------- Here is the next response from the company ---------------- Tide M: Business Employee Hi Jayesh A., thank you for sending us your contact information! I'm in absolute shock! Last week I was advised they don't have a record of the shirt I dropped off with a pair of pants. This, as they handed me the pants! Today, I'm hearing that my entire order, dropped off 7 days ago (at least 10 items!) can't be located! What?! I followed their system; used their bag; accommodated their large scan stickers on my clothes; paid their high prices; and this is an acceptable situation? I can't believe this is any way to run a business! In 20 years and countless dry cleaners (even small Mom and Pop operations) I've never experienced this! Not to mention, now I have nothing to wear!! 1 star is misleading. This company isn't operating properly - I don't know if it's simple mis-management, or something systemic - but, I'm sorry I ever walked in the door at 95th St. and Route 59. read more

Plus - my usual dry cleaners isn't good at getting stains out. This place got a stain out that I pointed out to them. Minus - This is my first time using them. I pulled up into the drive thru behind 2 unoccupied cars to pick up my dry cleaning. I waited for 3 or 4 minutes. No one came out. I decided to go in. There were only 2 customers being served but at least 6 people working there. I got my dry cleaning, got into my car, and had to back out of the drive thru since the car in front of me was still unoccupied and another car pulled up in the other lane. Nice idea, poor execution. - My regular dry cleaners, which is 100 yards away from this place, charges 50 cents less per shirt. I didn't really see a difference in quality except for the stain they got out. Bottom Line - I think I'll stick with my regular dry cleaners. read more

I've always been very happy with the job they've done on my shirts, and will continue to bring my nicer dress shirts to them, but I wanted to throw out a word of caution about bringing ties to them. They pressed the hell out of a Burberry tie, which creased it (and thereby destroyed the rolled edges ties are supposed to have), as well as greatly compressed the lining and imprinting a visible seam line along the front of the tie. They did offer to steam it, which helped some, but there is still damage done to the tie. read more

I have been going to this location for more than 4 years, I never had a problem Until last week, This location has other staff members who are great, helpful and humble. But, recently, I had bad experience with Ms. Amber and Ms. Alexi. "UNFORTUNATELY, WE WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO DO THE SERVICE, WE REFUSE WASHING YOUR CLOTHES FOR 0.59 CENTS". I was told above by store manger Ms. Alexi, I already reported her to the corporate. I had a worst experience with Ms. Amber working there as well. Note: The promotion coupons clearly states $6 off (explain the expiry date as well). But, if you go 1 month before, still get refused to the service. Or if you ask for their business card, the store manager would comment, "oh, so you are going to report me to the corporate, I am going to talk to the owner and we would refuse dry cleaning for you for 0.59 cents", we are not making any profit from you. When I was giving them more than $400 per month business, than everything was perfect. When I started using coupons which they are marketing for promotions purposes, the manager Ms. Alexi and Ms. Amber started having problems. Owner does not even understand what is happening in the store and how these two ladies are hurting other customers. read more

I brought some general work attire here to be cleaned (2 suits, 12 shirts, 5 pants), my experience was not ideal but the location was quick and convenient before I relocated to Wisconsin for work. Pros: -Clean and lively atmosphere -Prompt service (in side and time to get my clothes) -My suits turned out great -I like the clip they put on pants so that they don't slide off the hanger Cons: -Wrinkles in my 2 of my shirts -Stain on 1 shirt and 1 pair of pants -Staff was high school age, not a concern in terms of handing my clothes at the counter but they may be the ones cleaning the clothes which may explain my subpar experience. After living in the Oswego area for ~8 years I have used about half a dozen dry cleaners and have never had a problem with wrinkles or stains. Always fast and reliable. Has great deals. I have white comforters that they make like new!

Very good service, very clean clothes, gave me 50% off my second order. Very professional, courteous and on time. They send you alerts on email when your order is ready to be picked up. I like the valet and after hour drop off and locker pickup service. They do a good job. Young staff works hard to serve customers well.

Tide was my go-to place since it opened. The quality and convenience was always worth the extra cost. As of late, I noticed a decline in the quality of the dry cleaning. For example, I had some white shirts that needed a little extra effort to get the collars clean, but to no avail. I took them to a different dry cleaners and they came out looking like new. The staff was always professional and courteous, until recently. I have noticed on numerous occasions that the staff spends more time looking at their phones than serving their customers. Please remove your earbuds before having a conversation with me. The last straw was this week. I was emailed a buy-one-get-one free coupon for Black Friday. I printed it and presented it while dropping off 6 items. The staff informed me that they were unaware of the promotion. I then showed them the coupon on my phone and went as far as to click on the "find a store near me" button embedded in the email showing this location. The staff stated that they don't participated in these promotions, yet they have honored my 20% off coupons in the past. No apology, no explanation. The Tide website states that they are committed to "unrivaled customer service." "At Tide, our customer service representatives take pride in their work.. willing to put forth the extra effort to ensure the best customer service for our customers." I stoped by today to close my account. None of the 3 people working there cared enough to even ask why. read more
