Fantastic work repairing the pockets and buttons on a 15 year old worn leather coat. I'd taken the pockets in to two other places and though they were able to patch and sew, the stitching would come apart in a week or two. VIP fixed the left pocket last year and it's still perfect. Had the right pocket done a week ago, very solid stitching. Also the pricing was half of what I paid elsewhere. read more

I've been to several different cleaners in the Naperville area whenever I'm in the area visiting my parents or in-laws. I must say that at times I make ridiculous requests of fast turnovers on my clothing because of my time restraint, but the nice couple that runs this store have always been kind and great at handling my requests! They also do a great job of cleaning out the weird stains that I sometimes get on my clothes from working at the hospital. I now make it a point to save some of my big dry cleaning stuff for whenever I'm visiting this area for my family! we drop off a butt load of shirts/pants etc for my hubby every week. they can get stains out no prob and they are 'ok' with alterations. some women's pants that i've had hemmed have come out, but she's always been real good about customer service. her husband is great, he'll help you out to your car if you have a bunch of hanging stuff. read more

They do a fine job with all fabrics - they've even done suede for me. They'll preserve wedding dresses, do leather, silk and minor repairs of any clothes. They charge a VIP price, but you can be confident they'll take care of your clothes. read more

This is one of the few dry cleaners that opens early enough to work with my schedule! Though their official opening time is at 7am, in my experience the owner has always been there around 5am and is 100% willing to take me early. This allows me to drop off my dry cleaning before my 5:30am exercise class, something I haven't found elsewhere. Furthermore, this dry cleaner has been quite reliable with the various services I've used. I had a gown taken in, and the woman was easy to work with and prices were good. took my dress here for alteration, we agreed that she will take in a little bit of the sides and the hand strap. the lady did half of what she is supposed to do. when i came back to pick my dress, i asked her why she didn't take in the sides like i asked her, she told me that it would cost an extra $25, a total of $50 just to take in the sides and adjust the hand. very poor customer service. rip off. take your clothes somewhere else for alterations! read more

Took a t coat in 3 weeks ago and I felt that I was chaged too much,but I waited to see how it would turn out. Looked Ok at the store ,but when I got it home it still had cat hair on it. Called to complain & was yelled at by the male owner & then he started acting as he could not understand english. Then he said he would not reclean then hung up on me. Yeasterday I had another coat to be picked up. The patch on the rightside above the pocket was not straight. Right side of patch was 3/8 of an inch up & left side was down 1/8 of an inch. Looks like a sick animal. The female owner said it looks fine repeatedly & having it pulled of and put back on would damage an RAF British WWII patch. Would not refund the$16.50 on would do a credit ,BUT would not reclean if the patch was redone. Both owners walked away & would not talk to me in english. read more
