Couple bug-a-boos: There's been a couple times when our clothes weren't ready by the finish date that was posted on our receipt. Luckily, we live right down the street so it wasn't a far trip, but we're busy people and it would have been nice not to have to stop back in! There was also a time when my husband's clothes got switched with someone else's. We didn't realize until we got home, so we had to go back. When all was said and done he did get the correct clothes back, but that was a headache we would have rather not had. The sweater was only worn once and was soft with no piling when I dropped it off. When I got it back the fabric was piling and falling apart. It wasn't a great quality sweater but when I returned to show them what I found I was told that it was my fault for buying polyester instead of wool and that it would have fallen apart at some point anyways so it's not their fault. Needless to say I left absolutely shocked. As a professional dry cleaning service they know fabric and if you know a fabric can't handle a service why would you continue to service it with risk of ruining it. They said $90 and to come back on Saturday 9/5/26; the ticket said Saturday hours are 9:00 am - 5:00 pm. I went there Saturday 9/5/26 at 4:30 and discovered they decided to CLOSE for the weekend and Monday without ever telling me, so now I had no chance to get my dresses before leaving town on Monday 9/7/26. After I returned, today I went to the cleaners and told them how they screwed me and asked them to make it better - they said nothing. I asked Please take $50 off and the annoyed man said, "Pay $80" That's horrible. $10 off for leaving a 30-year client hanging with no dresses for a major event??
