The rest is history! The main interaction we had was via text which is really helpful with my schedule. Before he picked up the dress, he gave me an ETA on when I'd hear from him next and get the dress. His followup was fantastic. He was sure to reach out before any worry or concern because I of course forget the dates haha. In the end, the dress came in better condition than when I first bought it. It was amazing to see the update and after photos and made me wish I took some before photos. My dress wasn't super filthy but the train definitely got dark brown. Your girl couldn't get off the dance floor! Since I'm in the middle of de-cluttering our apartment space and haven't figured out where I'll store the dress, I haven't quite opened to see how it's displayed. Once I do that, I'll post a picture of my dress preserved. As of now, I only have pictures of the dry cleaning. The only unfortunate thing is that my schedule never allowed me to meet Steve! They refused to give me my money back or pay for the bed cover. I decorated my bedroom suite at its center. At the same time, they altered a pantsuit for me, and instead of tacking it as I asked, they put snaps on it. The snaps popped open immediately upon donning the garment. They attempted to fix it and put hooks on it covering the snaps, which shows. It is now ruined. They refuse to pay for that. I spent $400 on the pantsuit, $150 on the shawl, and $550 on the shoes. I am suing. Beware.
