Her nature is so helpful, professional, and warm. She thoroughly explained the process for using the machines and made sure I had everything I needed. When I picked it up, it was very noticeably crooked and when I told her she just shrugged. My family and I will not be returning for any type of service here. When I went to pick up my dry cleaning today, one of the owner/operators greeted me, found my clothes, and then reached into a drawer and promptly handed me my ipod. She said, "You left it in your shirt pocket" and smiled. Perhaps I am jaded to not expect things like this to happen, but I was very pleasantly surprised. Bottom line, my experience today, combined with the overall higher than expected service, will guarantee that I will continue to go to Fabricare as long as I work in the area. Perhaps you should too!
