I am so glad I did! From the moment I walked in, I was struck by how welcoming and joyful the environment was. Renee was the attendant on duty, and she is absolutely wonderful. Her nature is so helpful, professional, and warm. She thoroughly explained the process for using the machines and made sure I had everything I needed. The entire experience was fantastic, not only because of the great facilities but because of Renee's kind, friendly service. The laundromat itself is very clean and well-maintained, and I felt completely safe the entire time. It's a joyful and friendly atmosphere that made a chore feel more like a pleasant stop during my visit. When I get to the store it is sitting balled up in a hamper in the front of the store. The man tells me it isn't ready yet. He tells me 1pm so I ask him again if he's sure it will be done by 1 and he takes it out of the hamper tosses it over a hanger and hands it to me then proceeds to tell me it is done now and that I am to pay for the hem only and that it is $65 dollars!!!!!
