Instead of putting a lingerie loop that fit my bra into my bridal dress, she put something else and asked me to buy another bra. Apparently, she cannot stand being held accountable. Then she told me nothing she does is good enough, cursed at me, rolled her eyes at me, and then told me that I'm a terrible customer. I don't write Yelp reviews, but I am so hurt, disrespected by this woman. Natalia has a huge ego and cannot stand if you have any questions or concerns about the work.
