I took my King size duvet and comforter to be dry cleaned and when I picked it up it no longer fits my bed as you can see in the photos. The comforter use to drape down to where the bedskirt is. The duvet is shrunk as well. This bed set was over $300. I had to order a new king size duvet insert and comforter today since the one I had is no longer in production. When I called to complain the owner told me, "she has never had a bad review in 10 years" therefore, I would not be getting a refund. Please do not make the same mistake as I did. I trusted the dry cleaners to wash my comforter since the directions say "dry clean only" and unfortunately I am out hundreds of dollars now. Very poor customer service and customer satisfaction. It cost $54 to get the "dry cleaning done" and hundreds more to have a bedset that actually fits my bed. read more

That's no reason to avoid great service, nice people, and excellent prices. I'll drive out of my way to stick with DW Cleaners because they are the best around. OK, let me start by saying I don't have a ton of dry clean clothes and I work in a pretty casual office so I don't go to the cleaners weekly. BUT, I've taken several items to DW and have never had a bad experience! The staff is always nice and your items are ready when they say they will be. A couple of years ago I had coffee spill on a suede jacket I own. DW said they would do their best to get it clean but they offer no guarantee - understandable... They got it all out and I was pleasantly surprised to get my beautiful jacket back in "like new" condition. I may not be a regular there, but I will definitely take my cleaning needs to DW! read more

Commercial after commercial, I keep telling myself to go to CD1 Price Cleaners. They spend money on advertising. They're a chain. They're inexpensive! Alas - I keep returning to DW Cleaners. They're conveniently located for all of those in the "Wheatlands" area, and the customer service is always prompt and professional. The prices are standard - higher than CD1 - but they offer perfect service. Tip: Go here to get alterations! They have a dressing room where you try on the existing garmet, and they'll make the alterations and have them back to you quickly. Rather than pay some $80 to get my alterations for a bridesmaid dress done, I paid under $30. read more

Ruined a shirt then took no responsibility for destroying it, wore the shirt once for 5 hours brought in with out any stains on it with an identical shirt. This one looked like it was driven over with a leaking fork lift. The owner said it came in with those stains and he tried to get them out, BS! If someone brought me a shirt that needed that much special cleaning I sure would make a call to the customer so I could charge more. Wouldn't give my money back! I don't go there anymore! Update: Washed shirt myself (with a little Shout on the stain) and got most of it out! So owner's claim that he tried to get the stain out was a complete lie. read more

I really want to like this place. Often times they can have my clothes ready when I need it. I have however had the owner tell me all of his problems as to why he can not meet my deadline. There have been times though they have come through in a pinch. You can't beat the price and for as much as I dry clean the price really helps a lot. My problem is the owner. He never smiles. In the morning never says hello. First thing "Whats your phone number". Maybe I'm picky, but goodness. Good morning or thank you sure would be nice. If service does not get better Im going to go to another cleaners. May cost me more, but I want to feel my business is appreciated. Lastly I tried to pick up my clothes 5 min before closing and they closed early. Sucks! If you are open till 7 then stay open until 7. read more

They are absolutely amazing! Besides the staff being oh so friendly and nice, they get stains out, clothes are always on time - unless really bad stain & need to try a different method. They can even get out red wine stains out of dress shirts that have been sitting there for a couple of days - my boss is like a 2 yr old who really needs a bib. Now with my bosses moving and I no longer anywhere in this area, I still come here to bring my things to be dry cleaned - I trust no one else! read more

Awesome fast service, good prices! I bring uniform clothing here and it's painless drop off and pick up same day! Gave four stars because the lady who I believe is the owner, isn't very kind. She scolded me about the drop off time being by 9:00 am. How am I supposed to know that if no one has told me??? Be a little more appreciative of your customers and don't make a big petty fuss out of a couple shirts. And not to mention I pay every time I drop off. read more

Beware of the rust stains ! This was the last straw. Another dress shirt ruined by the mysterious rust stain monster. Strange how the stains were not there when I last wore the shirts and dropped them off. Even more strange is that the stains are so bad they couldn't get them out. I've been going to this cleaners for about five years now and take in a heavy load of my husband's clothes almost every week and he and I have never been disappointed. The quality for the price is almost unfair. I also routinely need my pants taken in or out and they do a clean and quick job. I once had a size ten dress that I wanted altered to be about a size six or seven. I was skeptical and honestly just brought it in to see if it was possible but the end product was beautiful and the alteration was seamless. It fit like my own!! After inquiring about cleaning Ugg type boots, I brought in my daughter's Minnetonka Sheepskin Boots to have cleaned. The young lady working had no idea what to charge but said I'd get a call about the cost. The cost was $36; the boots new are $129.99 so I figured it was reasonable. After a weeks time I went to pick them up only to find the color was faded and many spots remained. I expressed my dissatisfaction and was encouraged to leave them for the Manager, James, to see. The clear bag containing the boots remained sealed and I agreed to leave them. I requested a phone call from James to discuss the boots . A few days later I called to follow-up and was told they were sent out again. We agreed that I would not pay an additional $36. After nearly 2 weeks, I went to pick them up. Spots remained as before but the boots appeared to be smooth; lacking the peach fuzz like finish. I expressed disappointment and decided to remove them from the bag to inspect. Upon removal, I found a small area where the finish was clearly scrubbed leaving small holes. Once again, I left them. I was instructed to call during morning hours to discuss them with James. He requested I come in after 3:00pm. While in the store, we discussed the poor condition of the boots and I requested a refund of my $36. He expressed concern not over my ruined boots but over having already paid his leather service. After some discussion and rather rude attitude, he offered me $18 saying this was taking too much of his time. I declined his offer and have decided to take my weekly dry-cleaning business across the street. He did not seem to understand that I hired him to do a service which in fact ruined the boots. His responsibility is to his customer regardless of how he goes about getting his services done. This $36 has cost him much more in future business, his reputation and a total loss of respect. read more
