When I got home I was shocked with how bad the stitch job was. The more I looked the worse it was. This type of fabric shows every screw up so trying to fix it will never look right. Honestly, I really didn't trust they would do that much of a better job when they thought it was okay to give the jacket to me like this in the first place. I said I'd prefer a refund but he said they did not do refunds. He was incredibly rude. He even said "ohhh maaa god". He yells at me and tells me not to sue him and I told him I'm not trying to sue him I just want a refund. Weird that he jumped to that right away. Must have happened to him before. I would highly not recommend to get anything altered here and just be aware that if anything goes wrong, you'll find yourself in an argument with this very unprofessional guy. They did a great job and got the dress done in plenty of time. Prices are also reasonable, which is great. My husband drops off clothes weekly to them. Couple bug-a-boos: There's been a couple times when our clothes weren't ready by the finish date that was posted on our receipt. Luckily, we live right down the street so it wasn't a far trip, but we're busy people and it would have been nice not to have to stop back in! There was also a time when my husband's clothes got switched with someone else's. We didn't realize until we got home, so we had to go back. When all was said and done he did get the correct clothes back, but that was a headache we would have rather not had. Luckily, we're both forgiving people and due to the sheer convenience of this location, we will most likely continue to drop off our dry cleaning here.
