If I could give zero stars, I would. My husband called ahead to get pricing for area rug cleaning. The girl who answered told him depending on the size, it would be upwards of $40. That seemed low to me but, that's what was verbally quoted so, we decided to go with them. When we took the rugs in, she tells us its going to be $350 for both with ZERO EXPLANATION for the huge difference. We were getting ready to leave for vacation and we had already brought them in so, my husband reluctantly agrees to pay it. We asked when they would be ready and she tells us it will be several WEEKS because they don't clean the rugs, they send them out!! We finally picked them up yesterday and they are DIRTIER now than when we took them in!!! We were charged $350 for THIS???? My husband called today and they told him to bring them back. For what? To make them even dirtier?? I question if they ever sent them out at all. They don't even smell clean. read more

This place is focused too much on quantity/fast turn around times than actually focusing on quality. My first visit, they laundered my clothes, even though I requested each item be dry cleaned. They ruined a pair of Tommy Bahama shorts. My second and last visit, *THEY DIDNT EVEN CLEAN* my items. I received them back and they are just pressed. Two pairs of shorts came back with the stains still on them. (See pics) My polo returned to me doesn't look cleaned at all. CD One Price should consider changing their business model if they can't get keep up with demand. Their level of quality is terrible. Note: They do not have pant hangers for some reason, so they jab your clothes with safety pins, causing small holes in your clothes. I requested this not to be done on my second visit. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH ANYTHING NICE!! I had a custom-cut suit made for me the day after I got engaged in Thailand that I wore for my wedding (very sentimental suit). I gave them my suit to dry clean and after taking it out of the packaging after about 6-8 months. (I don't wear this suit often) I saw that there were these big black spots on them that looked like ink... They said it was not their fault and that I had no way of knowing it was from them... I took it to the family-owned shop in the strip mall next to theirs and they were willing to try and clean it and try to help. They did as good a job as they could but ink is ink.. Long story short they RUINED MY WEDDING SUIT and just shrugged their shoulders. read more

They guarantee your dry cleaning will be ready at 5pm if you drop it off by 10am. I am here at 6pm and it is not ready. They said they had a busy day. They are closed tomorrow and I live 20 minutes away. So I have to stand here and wait for my clothes. I asked what the guarantee meant and they said they try to have them done by 5pm. I asked if I get a refund since it is a "guarantee" and I was told no. This is my last time to use CD One Price. Problems again. They had a machine break down. Didn't call ahead of time. I drove 40 minutes round trip and my clothes aren't ready. No refund unless I want my clothes back and not cleaned. Horrible customer service. read more

I tried this location for the very first time and am very disappointed. They don't deserve a single star. I dropped off 3 blazers and noticed that the ironing was not very good. Got them home, inspected and smelled them, and realized they had never even been cleaned! Looks like they took them from me, put them on hangers under plastic, and gave them back. They were seriously as wrinkled as they were when I took them in. I figured there would be something when I was told to pay upfront. I am appalled by the services from this cleaners and I wonder how they got all these stars on Yelp! I have put up with the bad services for some time now but I guess I'm tired of it. I'm also guessing this bad service maybe probably because there is no competition around!! I will rather do my clothes myself. I stopped taking my white clothing to this outfit cos they come back kind of off white and creamy looking after dry cleaning. The most painful thing that I have put up with for countless times is the instructions not to put creases on my pants that was always ignored. I sometimes have to go back for my pants three times consecutively. Even after being corrected I still notice already ironed creases on my clothes and sometimes my new pants comes back looking old due to repetitive dry cleaning. It sucks!!! read more

I have been using CD One Price for a number of years now, and on the whole, they have provided quick, affordable service for all of my frequently-cleaned items. This company is set up to do dry cleaning in bulk, so if you have alterations, spot cleaning, leather cleaning or other specialty jobs that need doing, they can do it, but it takes a little longer. That being said, the provide an excellent service if you need to launder something on a regular basis. My shirts are crisp, starched, and fresh when I receive them. Items they can't quite get spotless are marked, and if applicable, you aren't charged for jobs they can't complete. The staff is friendly, and will remember you if you are regular, which is cool, considering the volume of business they enjoy. 1st things first, YELP has this address correct but when you want to check in, just like the Jiffy Lube nearby the plot map is incorrect!! Ok about CD, Im very happy with their service. Prices run considerably lower than compettitors. An incident recently though, fully won me over. I work construction and usually turn in a couple of jumpsuits weekly for pressing because they are coated with a fire resistant chemical and shouldnt be washed.. I had left a expensive flashlight in the pocket by mistake. I thought I lost it ,but when my wife picked up, the light was in a small bag with my pressed clothes. Next time I was there I asked for a mgr. it just so happened he was the one who cleaned my items! He saw it was a nice light and thought "I know somebody is looking for this",so he put it in a small bag with the clothes! That doesnt happen in this day and age!! HONESTY!!! I needed my suit pressed for an interview (in the morning) and the place I usually go had already turned off the machines, as had all the other cleaners in the area. I called CD, and spoke with the owner. No satisfaction on the TB shirt as it was serviced last year. I told the young lady that I have 300 shirts which makes it possible that I do not wear a certain shirt for once in 2 years. I really don't understand how a "professional" dry cleaners can ruin a t-shirt and a Ralph Lauren sweater. My son wore the sweater 3 times and it came back with pilling.
